The trip was 15 hours long. We had an English speaking guide but she knew very little English. Luckily we had a couple other people on our tour that could translate for us. She didn’t know a lot about the environment (plants, trees). The boat ride was enjoyable but being on the back of the boat we could not hear the guide. It was a mixed language tour and he spoke Spanish most of the time. She didn’t an excellent job finding a place to stop for lunch and dinner.

Private travel allows you to be faster than group travel. Very beautiful islands is nice boat tour, while the visit to the reserve very fast is explicative and little time for stops and photos (the driver stopped only at the plaja roja and the cathedral) plus a visit to the running museum that sincerely could be avoided. Beautiful visit and tasting of pisco and wine. For pick-up, although the site gives you the option of hotels in the center, they only take you from miraflores, so consider an additional taxi at your own expense to get to the destination point.
