Well prepared staff; we got river and bird life information; safety conscious and good instructions. It was a fun trip, about 90 min on the water.

Had an amazing experience with my kids (16&14) for their first time going rafting. Orlando and Pablo were really great with us and gave a great time. We also saw a sloth very close to the ground that we got a picture of.

It was a lot of fun. Our guide shared a lot of knowledge about the natural surroundings and we had the river all to ourselves. The pictures were great as well.

Family had a good time and the kids stayed in the raft. We loved the tour guides, they are hilarious and could spot wild life like super humans.

just amazing. The whole experience is a lot of fun. At the water, you are only a little more than one hour but still good. Highly recommended. Next time we go for levels 3/4. The staff is amazing. Moses, Wof! He is good. and Arlando is just fun to be with. experience.

The rafting trip was one of the top highlights of our time at Arenal. Our guide, Jean Carlo was friendly, knowledgeable and caring…making the experience fun and humorous as well. The scenery and wildlife made the rafting trip more than just a water adventure. We also saw a sloth sleeping on a tree, which was a treat for the kids. I highly recommend this tour!

Had such a exhilarating and wonderful time on this adventure! Colon was so much fun and a great captain for our raft. He was so knowledgeable about the area and was able to point out wildlife along our tour while making sure we had a safe and fun ride. When my partner and I fell into the water (our own fault) he was quick to get to us and get us back in the raft (wasn't a scary experience at all even for a non-swimmer i.e. me). Our original planned day was cancelled due to low water levels but the team made every effort to contact us to let us know and were willing to reschedule us for a longer tour the next morning (or provide a refund). We choose to reschedule and have no regrets! The day included lunch and a lovely tour of a small farm with our guide for the day Kevin. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thanks Kevin, Colon and team!

It was our first time white water rafting and they made us feel at ease. We had a lesson before getting in water and then we were off. This was probably my favorite thing we did while in Costa Rica

First time whitewater rafting for my wife and me and both of us do not know swimming. The crew and the guides encouraged us and helped us. I forgot the name of the guy who drove us there, he even put two guides on our raft and the guides Jason and Ebiel were wonderful and they made sure that the two of us didn’t fall by pulling our life vests at times. We saw some vultures, pink birds from the Flamingo family.. Overall this is worth the money spent. Still waiting for the pictures for which we paid.
