Amazing experience. We did the zip lining/ rappel and tubing down the rapids plus hot springs at the end. So much fun. We have done zip lining several times in the past and these lines seemed really fast. The tour guides on both experiences were amazing. The tubing in the rapids has been the highlight of our trip so far. My group was my family of six ages, 21, 23, 24, 43, 44 and my mom 67! The compassion that was shown to my mom on the rapids is un heard of. She flipped over (which most of our group did) and one of the tour guides said “(Mama) I’m staying with you the rest of the trip”! And he did! She had a little tougher time getting up the steep hill on the way back and 2 guides held her hand and patiently walked her up the hill where they called the truck to just come pick up the entire group, so she didn’t have to walk any further. These guys were awesome! I’m terrible with names and i can’t remember their names… but, shout out to the three of them.

Since we had not ziplined before we were very anxious, but Miguel, Jefferson, Arturo, Tiger and the others made us feel very safe and comfortable. The activity was fun and we appreciated the extra attention they gave my daughter and her grandmother who were apprehensive to do the activities alone. The tour guides were kind and funny making the whole experience a great time! The people definitely make Costa Rica an amazing place to visit!!
