Overview

Go high above the Costa Rican landscape on the Sky Trek zip lines during this guided tour. Reach the top of the Arenal reserve in the Sky Tram. Then, travel through the jungle on the Sky Trek, a system of zip lines that provides panoramic views of the volcano and lake. This is a great way to get an intimate glimpse of the rainforest without trekking through it.

Amazing! Highly recommend! All the guides were excellent and fun. Scenery so beautiful and all the zip lines were so fun. The only negative was that we waited close to an hour from the time we got there to the time we were on the tram. Also, they tell you there are 7 zip lines, but this is including the first one that is a very short practice line.

Sky Tram and Zipline near Arenal Volcano

Our tour guides were great! We had a small group, so they even took us on a short hike to look at a tarantula, sloth, and eyelash pit viper. We rode a gondola up the mountain that had amazing views of Arenal Lake, and then ziplined down via 7 connecting towers. It's an adrenaline rush with great views!

We had a shuttle pick us up from our hotel. Everything was well organized and timely. The guides were multilingual and very friendly. It was our first time ziplining - the instructions were clear. We loved every minute of it! We were able to get incredible views of the Arenal volcano. They also provided go pros for videos (you have to pay if you want them, but totally worth it!). Highly recommend!

Almost all the lines are loooong and there are about 5-6 of them. Wish there was a better way to slow down when coming in esp for tall people. However, It was fun although I kept spinning around. Beautiful park and view of the volcano even during overcast skies. I do wish we had better pictures of us ziplining in front of the volcano.

Pepperoni and “Erin” were the best of the best! My first time doing zip line and my fiancés and they made the experience one we will never forget! Best tour hands down, best staff and best way to do it if you are already exhausted from the many other hikes! We took the tram up and did all the zips to go back down! Thank you to all on the team from transfer, to entry to activity to buying our pictures! I even had trouble getting my link and they responded to my questions right away and sent to a different email! We may go again today! Thank thank you thank you! And it felt super safe!! Can’t forget that part

A zip line is cool no matter what. However this wasn’t my favorite zip line. It only had one line. I feel much more comfortable with two. I also don’t like the way you have to hold your self and the way you stop (yoy have to spread your legs, super awkward) Definitely a neat experience but would pick a different zip line if i did it again.

Fantastic family adventure

We loved our zip lining adventure! From the very start, we knew we were in good hands. A driver came to our hotel to pick us up, we were fitted for equipment and then given a safety training. Arsenio, our guide, was very funny and helpful (always adjusting my GoPro so the videos turned out). My husband ziplined for the first time and has a tremendous fear of heights, but he thought it was incredible, as did we! The best moment was leaving the platform and going over the wide expanse of the deep ravine and was absolutely incredible! Although we could not see any animals in the rain forest that day, it was still breathtaking!

Breathtaking Views

We decided to do this our last day in Arenal (I was terrified but I wanted to experience this!) I didn’t regret it! The views are breathtaking! The guides are very funny, I was panicking once I got to the top and they eased me onto the line (There are 7). They also take pictures of you + you can rent a Go-Pro they attach to your helmet so you don’t have to worry about bringing your phone. We haven’t gotten our pictures yet that we paid for (a little bummed, it’s been more than 24 hours & we emailed them but no response yet) but I definitely recommend this experience, it’s amazing!!! Thank you Sky Adventures!

La experiencia en el teleférico y las tirolesas excelentes, el servicio y atención de los guías no tiene comparación, es una gran experiencia muy segura que mezcla la naturaleza, paisajes hermosos y la velocidad. La única área de mejora es que el servicio de fotografía es extra al costo, lo cual pudiera ser correcto el problema es que te cobran 35 dólares por menos de 10 fotos, el tour vale oro pero no contraten el servicio de fotos.
