We had a great experience taking the boat tour. The views were beautiful and it was interesting learning about the dam and how it produces a significant amount of the country's electricity. Our captain was very nice and took pictures of us so that we could all be in the same photo. He also pointed out the animals and told us about the fish and the birds.

Nice view. The boat had broken seats, the boat captain didn't speak much English and didn't explain much about the Vulcano and nothing in general about the region. Booking for a 1 hour tour with an English guide. No guide ever speaks English on site. Just a captain who speaks Spanish. 1 hour discussion for nothing. We go around in Spanish ..... without explanation

Mi esposo usa silla de ruedas, la información del tour dice recomendado para silla de ruedas. Después de esperar por 50 minutos llegó el barco y nos dijeron si no pueden caminar no pueden subir y el bote se fue. Dos turistas que iban le exigieron al capitán Rito que regresara y dos personas que no tenían relación alguna con el operador nos ayudaron a subir. Al regreso mágicamente pusieron. Una rampa, la cual Rito había dicho que no tenían en el lugar. Absolutamente decepcionante la actitud
