Great kayak experience

The views of the Arenal volcano were wonderful. Our tour guide was Marco and he was very informative. He showed us the touch me not plant in which the leaves close up when you touch it. Really cool. We were served pineapple and watermelon when done. Would recommend if you like to kayak at a leisurely pace.

Don’t use this tour company

The good news, our guide Rodger was great. Pointed out wildlife and a sloth on our return to hotel. Bad, unable to contact Destination Services by Er phone or internet phone to confirm pick up time. They did respond by email stating pick up was 50 mins later than tour began. (Adventure Arenal ended up being the local company) Kayak was jacked up, kept pulling to one side, guide said he didn’t know what was wrong. We ended up calling the trip, crazy trying to get our kayak in the right direction. Beautiful location just don’t use this tour co
