Very informative and delicious afternoon learning the history of sushi and learning to make our own. We were dressed in Chef coat and hat. The chef spoke Japanese and he had 2 English translators who were great. Very fun and enjoyable afternoon.

This sushi cooking class was an unforgettable experience! The class offered excellent insights into the history and culture of sushi, making it much more than just a cooking lesson. The host was incredibly personal and engaging, sharing stories and traditions that added real depth to the experience. The staff were warm and friendly, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. With a small group size, everyone got plenty of personal attention, and it felt very hands-on and interactive. The setting was absolutely beautiful and authentic, which added even more charm to the whole experience. We left not only with new skills, but also with a deeper appreciation for Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended!
