Our driver was at the airport waiting on our arrival despite a delay at Stansted. Although he didn't speak perfect English, he could understand what we meant and found my attempt at pronouncing where we were staying entertaining ! haha. The car was pristine, lots of room and was very comfortable. On the way back, our driver was excellent. He picked us up from our apartment with plenty of time and we had a lovely chat on the way back to the airport. Shame he had to bring us back as we'd have loved to have stayed. A very efficient service and we'd recommend them for any transfers.

The company contacted us asking knowledge of our flight departure times and how many people and luggage. They told us the appropriate pick up time accounting for travel and check in at the airport. Our driver arrived on time and loaded alllllllllll our luggage. He was very nice and polite. I was worried he would show up in a small vehicle for my family of 4 and 6 large suitcases (we were gone a month)but as promised he arrived in a very nice clean van with plenty of room. We definitely will use this company again!

The timeliness and professionalism of our driver, Paczka, was remarkable. Early 3:30 AM pick up. Was at the airport in 15 minutes. On the way, the driver shared a bit of history of Krakow and sights to see if we ever decide to return. This service is highly recommended.

Nice clean car with a reliable service

Nice clean Mercedes MPV that appeared promptly and on time, with good communications. It was our transfer from hotel to Krakow airport, so didn't want to rely on public transport on New Year's Day. Only tip is to be sure when booking to put in the time of your flight, not the time of your desired pick up (which is how I read their question), since we were nearly picked up at 5.30 am!

I paid and had confirmation driver would pick us up at the hotel to take us to airport . After waiting half an hour no driver showed up and no contact from company. I also had no tel number to call . We had to quickly get 2 taxis for 5 adults at our own cost . Despite leaving numerous messages the company have failed to respond to me at all to refund me . This is the most important pick up to get you to the airport on time to catch a flight. Not showing up is disgusting. Luckily our taxis sped to the airport and we caught our flight. I would never trust or use this company ever again . Totally let down and ruined the last moments of our holiday due to the stress caused. I am now out of pocket having paid and no refund and having also paid for 2 taxis. I have had no communication from the company at all about this .

amazing communication to start with as we had to change times and days off pick up due flight change,thats where it ended had to contact numerous times to see were they were on arrival,driver eventually arrived after numerous calls,not what we wanted after a flight,we also had specified flight time the time they gave us i was a bit concerned so i contacted them only for them to ignore ,cue another phone call drivers themselves no issues

Let down the day before we flew

Mixed experience. Despite booking months in advance and reconfirming twice our pick up was cancelled the day before we flew. Apparently they could not get a driver. I a, glad we got 24 hours notice and we’re not allowed to find out on the day or after we landed but I a, very disappointed that despite everything they chose to cancel our booking. They offered a refund and this was processed via Viator for 50% of the cost of the return booking. However, taking a taxi cost us a lot more than the refund so we were left out of pocket. Therefore I cannot recommend this company. Return journey to airport was without incident.

Well what an absolute joke this booking was,I booked a pick up for 07.30 am my flight was at 11 am.I had received a message from easyJet to make sure we were at the airport early due to possible delays because of extra checks .this booking was made 24 hrs before my flight and confirmed by this company for 07.30 am.low and behold at 0800 this was a no show and we had to make alternative arrangements.on requesting a refund via viator was informed that I was in fact the no show as the taxi was at the hotel 08.30 am and they do transfers 21/2 hrs prior to flight.so it appears regardless of what time was requested and put on the ticket it is irrelevant and does not warrant a refund.well you live and learn and I will never use viator again to book anything

When I downloaded the voucher for our return trip to the airport, the viator voucher said that they were picking us up from the airport. I had no idea that the information I had initially entered was correct and that Discover Crakow (they actually are the ones who arrange the transfers) did have the correct information. I was pleasantly surprise to find them waiting for us to take us tot he airport at the requested time. My issue was with Viator not providing the correct details on the voucher but Discover Crakow was excellent providing the transportation tot he airport. Thank you!
