We were picked up at the airport by Will who was waiting for us in arrivals. He was very friendly and provided us with very helpful information about things to do and see. We were unsure about certain things like where to get a train and he gave us all the information we needed.

When booking this transfer it does not ask you for the time you require to be picked up. Asks you for your flight number. We had no communication from the transfer at all. I sent various messages to the actual company it was booked with and no response. I then had to speak with Viator, who did respond. The morning of the transfer the taxi did not turn up. We had to order another taxi from the hotel reception. Once we arrived at airport we received a WhatsApp message from this company asking did we need picked up and what time... Abit late for that!!!

Driver did not turn up on time. We waited 15 minutes and then made alternative arrangements. We were half way into town when the company phoned to query where we were.

for some reason the pickup time was the time my flight left, obviously not good - after 6 emails and several texts I still have not had any contact from this provider. What option do I have but to contact a reputable service provider to assure my pickup time is correct? This has totally ruined my short break; I am frustrated at having to contact the provider so many times and also out of pocket as I will have to arrange (and pay for) another airport transfer
