Join this vodka and culture tour and experience the vodka culture of Poland. At four unique restaurants and pubs, you’ll sample six different types of vodka and feast on food selected to complement Poland’s national beverage. During the small-group tour — limited to only 12 — you’ll learn about the significance of vodka in Polish culture and receive personalized attention from your knowledgeable guide.

What's Included

Guide – Each tour is led by one of our passionate and knowledgeable guides. We will tell you about the history of vodka, how it is made, and how it is normally enjoyed. Restaurants & Pubs – We will visit 4 to 5 different establishments, each with a unique atmosphere. You’ll get to experience places where mostly locals hang out. Vodka – You will be tasting 6-7 different types of can’t-miss Polish vodkas. That’s ample for enjoyment, learning, and a memorable evening, but not enough to get drunk. Food – We’ll be having some of the typical snacks that accompany Polish drinking. You will get to find out for yourself how the Polish keep their balance even when drinking a lot of vodka. Tips and Advice – Your guide will give you some personalized recommendations for how to enjoy the rest of your stay. We’ll tell you about some more great local spots to visit for food, entertainment, and sightseeing. Summary – Each guest will get a printed summary of the tour to help you remember the places we have visited and the vodkas we have tried.

Magda our tour guide was fantastic, she had excellent knowledge of Krakow and we all had a very enjoyable afternoon, visiting bars and restaurants we would not have found ourselves.

Our tour guide was Kamila. There were supposed to be 5 in our tour, but 3 cancelled. Better for my wife and I, as we had Kamila's full attention. We toured four locations, sampling food and vodka in each. She took us to great restaurants that the locals frequent, not the tourist locals. Kamila was extremely knowledgeable about the vodkas she introduced us to. We also got involved in discussions about Polish history and culture, all very enlightening. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour was fun! Our guides, Kamila and Gurks, knew the vodkas and explained the traditions associated with them as well as the cultural aspects behind drinking vodka at social functions. We tried lots of traditional foods and snacks associated with culturally drinking vodka and even had our choice of vodkas to try in a couple of the establishments.
