Must do while in Krakow

Alisa picked us up at our hotel was warm and welcoming. Transportation was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Alicia had water and snacks for us for the long day. Alisa’s Knowledge of history of Poland was extensive. Auschwitz Birkenau is a must do when coming to Poland and salt mines are an experience not to be missed.

We were in Krakow with our three teenage boys for spring break. We did not have a lot of time in Krakow before heading to Berlin. Doing both of these tours in one day was perfect. We loved our guide and being able to see both Auschwitz camps was sobering but amazing. Everyone in their lifetime needs to see them in order to fully understand the magnitude of the Holocaust. The salt mines are mind blowing. Highly recommend

Our family of three was picked up at our hotel by Alicja and driven in her very comfortable car to Auschwitz-Birkenau. She gave us an interesting history lesson on the way and make sure we had plenty of water as the day was very hot. She took us to a nice lunch spot after that morning tour and then drove us to the salt mine for the afternoon tour. We spent a wonderful day seeing these sights and would highly recommend this tour and Alicja as a guide!

Alicia , our guide, was superior! she was friendy, knowledgeable and fun! WE loved her! It was a long day, and an emotional day due to going to Auschwitz.She told stories, not commonly known, of the camp and other stories of the area. Felt like we went with an old friend. Every detail was organized and she was flexible if we wanted to stop at a spot, etc. She made sure we had great guides in the camp and Salt Mine..where she did not go. great recommendations for lunch and for another day we had left open until we got to Krakow. DEFINATELY recommend her! And this tour!

Pedimos un tour 100% español, finalmente no fue 100% en español. Segun Viator la hora de partida era a las 7:00 pero el tour operador llegó a las 8:45 después de llamarlo en reiteradas veces. El resto todo Ok

Your driver is English-speaking, and upon special request, we can organize a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka with a guide in another language. This is all described in our offer, which you reviewed before booking. In accordance with your request, we have organized a tour of both sites with a guide in Spanish. Regarding the final pickup time, you are of course correct; the booking shows 7:00 AM, which is approximate. However, the final tour departure time is always confirmed by email, which we also complied with, as you were informed of the exact pickup time in an email sent to you on May 26, 2025, more than two months before the tour, which took place on August 11, 2025. I can't express my regret for your slight disappointment, but we made every effort to implement the program as promised, and we did. We wish you all the best. Estimados huéspedes: Lamentamos mucho que nuestro tour no haya cumplido plenamente sus expectativas. Les informamos que nuestra oferta se ofrece principalmente en inglés.
