Serkan was wonderful. He took us to all of the big attractions and tailored the experience to what we wanted to see and buy. He brought a wealth of knowledge and we learned so much about the history of the Turks. He also takes AMAZING pictures and I learned several tricks for better photos as well. Highly recommend this tour!!

Best ever. For solo women, I want to give a shout out to Serkan. He knew the best places for photos, we beat the crowds, and he had great tidbits of history that I didn't know! He's well known to staff and a the clerics (mullah) greet him as a friend. We stopped at the Pudding House (lots of history there - 1970s hippie trail) and while I am here in Istanbul for a medical issue, I knew I couldn't resist the call of the mosques. For the price, cannot be beat, and I had to give up early due to knee pain, but my guide, Serkan made sure I had a honest cab driver back to hotel. He takes great photos too!

Serkan was extremely patient and very accommodating as we kept changing our plans due to the rain and cold weather. he tried to give the best for the day and kept up with us and our requests. we had a very informative day. he is also a very good photographer and took many beautiful pictures on our phones for us. very satisfied with his great service.

Really appreciated the expertise of Serkan. I was in town for a layover, and he really worked with me to maximize seeing the sites with the tour. Also helped me in arranging transportation directly from tour to airport. Great communication in advance of the tour and during the tour he also shared additional resources for me to read/listen to in order to learn more about the sites. And, as a guide he also was so great in taking photos for me to capture the beauty of the sites. As a solo travelled, I really appreciated the photographer bonus. Very knowledgeable guide!

Our guide Serkan Kececi was a wonderful. Pick us up on time at the cruise ship dock. He was so informative and we walk and saw some beautiful site of Istanbul, had a great lunch and drove us back to our hotel. We all had a great time in Istanbul on a very short visit.
