We were sold a mid range experience and received the lower. Staff told us it was the tour operator who told them to do that and then staff pushed an upsell that would have cost us an additional 100 euro. We also wanted a traditional Turkish experience and it wasn’t “traditional”.

We truly had a wonderful experience. It might not have been the fanciest or most beautiful Hamam, but it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was very authentic, professional and enjoyable. I would recommend everyone visiting Istanbul to do this and I would gladly go again!

After days of travel and tons of walking, hiking and swimming while exploring Greece and Turkey was the perfect way to relax and recharge our bodies for the rest of our vacation. My husband and I are on a cruise for part of our travel this was 1000x better and well worth the $ compared to spa services on the cruise ship! This is where it’s at, we were still able explore more of Istanbul the same day but the Turkish Bath was the highlight of the day!

Turkish spa day

Looking forward to this but as soon as we arrived it was awful. We went down the stairs to be met by workmen, wires everywhere. Eventually we went to the changing room which was in the middle of getting sorted, tiles just been put up !!! Went to the sauna, no one told us the plan for our afternoon, would never recommend it to anyone 😡

Horrible Experience!

It was advertised as 2 hours Hammam with oil massage and face mask but only received less than 1 hour of basic Turkish bath experience. Both the Hammam service provider and local tour operator Tourmania refused to resolve the matter on the spot. Please do not book this!
