The Aga Hamam was an unforgettable experience for my husband and myself. The staff were very informative of what to do. We both felt comfortable. It is an amazing bath. The hot marble slabs to lay on feel so good! Everything was so relaxing and invigorating! If I lived here I would get one every month!!

Definitely worth experiencing! An experience unlike anything we’ve had before, steeped in tradition. Staff are attentive, building is beautiful and the experience was refreshing and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

The steam room for 20 minutes was a waste of time. I can do that at my hotel. The body scrub was okay. The oil massage was effortless. The face mask was brief. Not worth the money, just a tourist trap.

This place is amazing! If you want to have a nice and relaxing time please book the package with the Turkish bath, Face Mask, and Massage. It's lovely to get your money's worth. All staff was nice an very helpful.

Nice experience in Turkey!!! The scrubbing and bathing is intimate though so if that makes you uncomfortable, would not recommend. But overall was a great and relaxing experience. This is a traditional experience so definitely happy I got to do this!

What a great experience. It started off a little rough because we didn’t understand the process and our assistant didn’t speak English very well. Once we understood, it was amazing. We opted for the massage and it was worth the extra expense.

Wow! What an experience! We had the relaxing hot stone meditation time (20 minutes), the full body scrub, the foam rub,(very unique) and then the 30 min massage! It is, like I said, a unique experience! We were 4 ladies, and we all enjoyed the experience!

My husband and I wanted to try the Turkish hamam while we were in Turkey. We went to Aga Hamami not knowing what to expect. We ordered the hamam and oil massage. When we arrived, there were a few other couples sitting and waiting. The greeter asked for our names and seemed a bit confused even though I had ordered the service through Viator ahead of time. She didn’t know which package I had ordered either. We then had to wait a few minutes before entering the steam room. I was under the impression that my husband and I would have a more intimate hamam experience but it was very crowded in the sauna area. We spent 40 minutes in there together with about 4 other couples. Then we were called to go for our bath. The lady who was scrubbing me was nice but she didn’t speak any English so it was difficult for me to understand her. Then, my husband and I reunited in the lounge area and had some tea and another sweet drink which was quite refreshing. After about 15 minutes, we went for our oil massage. I walked in to a room where there was another woman who was also getting an oil massage. I felt a bit uncomfortable having another person there but tried to enjoy the massage anyway. We spent almost 3 hours there. I felt somewhat relaxed but I would have liked to spend more time with my husband atleast for the massage part.

This was such an amazing experience! The whole process was so relaxing and the beverage they give you after the scrub when resting was an added bonus! I recommended this place to other tourists I met on all my other activities after for the duration of my trip!

Started on time, clearly explained the entire process, guided me to each part of the total spa experience, & tea/snacks were a nice touch!
Yosor (scrub guy), Talat (massage guy) and Emroh (reception) were top notch at what they do. I highly recommend the total spa treatment including a massage and facial for a nominal $30 more vs the basic.

It was our first time to a Hamam! It's a great experience and very relaxing! The prices are great too! We also liked the fact, that we could enjoy our time as a couple, in the same area. Except when they separate you for the scrubbing and the massage! I definitely recommend it! The staff is very helpful and great!

The front desk person arrived a full 20 minutes late and didn't even bother to apologize for the delay.
The "Turkish bath" part of the event is only the first 30 minutes. The rest is just a massage, which you can get at any place in any country, don't need to go to Istanbul for that. Save your money, there's tons of better things to do in Istanbul.

It was wonderful !!! I had never experienced a bath like that. It was fun. I was in the sauna then off to a scrub bath. I was then given a massage. It was worth every penny. You must do it.
