So lucky to have chosen this opportunity to go on the Sunset Cruise. The yacht was spotlessly clean and it was a lovely small group experience. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to departing the yacht. They offer such a relaxed and interesting experience where you learn about different areas while sailing and have plenty of opportunity to enjoy snacks and the wine they provide. We got to see lots of different beautiful landmarks on the European side and then moved over to the Asian side before seeing the stunning maiden tower up close from the yacht. Would definitely do this experience again and highly recommend it. A wonderful way to enjoy Istanbul from the water with a small group of other likeminded travellers. A very special and memorable experience.

Such an excellent decision to do a Bosphorus cruise while on our trip, and this specific operator was exactly what we wanted: a smaller size group (~25 people), they had wine, had quality snacks, and it didn’t drag on for hours. Tour guides gave bits of info in English, maybe talked for 10% of the time total - so it didn’t takeover the cruise. They played good music in the latter part of the cruise too.
Be aware - while we did have the address from the booking, they sent a WhatsApp message the day of to provide an exact meeting spot to find them (including photos of the operator’s face and the spot to meet). We had read the reviews of this trip, so we had seen folks mention this, and so we made a point to find a cafe with WiFi that day to get internet to get messages. Certainly the operator is assuming everyone has cell service while in Turkey - but not all foreigners do. It would be better if they sent this info 24 hours ahead of time, as people are more likely to have WiFi in evenings at their hotel.

Regarding the WhatsApp message — all key details including the meeting address are already provided in the booking confirmation in advance. The WhatsApp message on the day is simply an extra touch to make things even easier, with a photo of the guide and the exact spot so no one has to search. We do our best to make the experience as smooth as possible for all our guests! Hope to welcome you back on the Bosphorus one day!
The comunication with the staff was very simple, it was easy to find the meeting point, the yacht was large and comfortable, the guide was nice... We had a wonderful time. The cruise really gave us the impression of Istanbul.

Cruise was less than 2hrs. Advertised here on Viator for 25 people max, we had at least 35+. The company's own website only had the 40 people max version of the cruise. Also the meeting point mentioned in the Viator confirmation email wasn't the actual meeting point, had to scramble last-minute to find out where everyone was meeting.

The sunset cruise duration is exactly 2 hours. Due to marina traffic and pier regulations, there can occasionally be a very slight difference when docking, but the tour is never cut short.
Regarding the number of guests, our yacht selection changes depending on the final number of participants. On the day of your tour, we operated with one of our 24-meter yachts with a 45-person capacity — well below the legal limit, ensuring full comfort and safety for all guests. The "maximum 25 guests" option refers specifically to our smaller yacht tours.
Regarding the meeting point, the location on Viator is exactly the same we have been using for years. We attempted to contact you twice via Viator messages prior to the tour day, and again shared all details at 11:00–12:00 on the tour day — none of which received a response. It was only when you contacted our sales representative shortly before the tour that we were able to reach you. We immediately added you to the WhatsApp group and shared all updated information. All other 33 guests located the meeting point without any difficulty.
We would also like to mention that on the day of your tour, there was a brief summer shower which created one of the most magical atmospheres on the Bosphorus — followed by a stunning rainbow over the strait. Moments like these are what make this experience truly unforgettable, as reflected in the feedback of our many other guests who were absolutely delighted by the views and the overall experience.
We always strive to deliver an exceptional experience and we are proud that the vast majority of our guests leave deeply moved by what they see and feel on the Bosphorus. However, if the overall experience did not resonate with you despite all of this, we genuinely hope you find experiences that better suit your expectations in the future.

Good experience, a little more charity on the boat name would be helpful as there are many boats docking and leaving at the same time.

All the details were very helpful from making the reservation online at Viator, to the meeting point and the point of contact, to communication with the team through WhatsApp, and finally the informative and lovely tour with Alpy, Captain and crew.
We paid a little extra for the one glass of wine, but Alpy was incredibly generous by always offering more. There was more snacks and more wine, it seemed. Alpy also provided an abundance of information on the rich and meaningful history of the architecture and geography of Istanbul. It’s an interesting perspective of the city when you’re on the3 waterway. He also was very charming, trying to engage those on shore - quite entertaining; it takes a lot to remember and share so much detailed information and perform while being personable. He did it all very well. I’m usually a seasick person, so I stayed in one spot, front middle of the boat behind the captain so that I could have a view of the horizon and the land. I was totally fine. Not an issue at all.

I can assess our experience with this boat team as very satisfying. The pickup point was exactly where it was specified in the WhatsApp chat shared by the crew. At first we were a little bit unsure if this was the exact pickup point because no other no boats were near the shore but eventually it was as specified. Unfortunately the weather was not perfect that evening and it was fairly cloudy with no sun, quite windy but thanks to the boat cover we managed to see all the sightseeings that were in the description. Given the circumstances it was pretty pretty nice experience. The guide - Mert - was very pleasant, informative. Since he comes from Istanbul and has spent a lot of time I travelling himself, it was quite insightful as well. I definitely recommend the tour and I hope that I will be able to join the the boat team again when the weather will be more pleasant :).

Yes, this is a bit more expensive than some of the others on offer but it was an extremely civilised trip, full of useful information about the city and what we were seeing. There were only 18 people in our party so it felt very personalised and relaxed. Its a small craft not a huge ferry type rammed full of people. The snacks consisted of an ample fruit platter and bowls of salty nuts and trail mix. The wine included in the ticket cost equated to approx 2x 125ml glasses each and it was reasonably palatable for the occasion, a big plus point being it was served in proper glassware, not paper or plastic cups. Several people also brought their own wine and beer which the the hosts welcomed ( there's a little shop that sells wine approx 200m from the meeting point on the promenade).Meeting point information was spot on and the guides proactively contacted us an hour or so before the trip by WhatsApp to ensure we were clear on timings and the meeting point location. The set sail time coincided perfectly with our ability to capture some fabulous sunset shots. I'm always sceptical about these things but the guys did really well by us.
Only negative is the bathroom. Need to work on the facilities. Hence the four star rating

Try to find other suppliers. Our guide was so not informative. She barely gave out any information. They only had white wine, so the red wine drinkers were out of luck. And the toilet was not functioning.

White and red wine are available on board, but it may run out that day. We will be more vigilant in this regard. Unfortunately, despite our constant reminders to customers, they throw toilet paper, which causes the toilet to clog. We will inform the staff to be more careful about this.

This tour is a beautiful and relaxing way to take in Istanbul’s iconic skyline, and the sunset was absolutely stunning.
If you’re looking for a formal, information-heavy tour, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re after a laid-back evening on a comfortable boat—with generous drinks, tasty snacks, and breathtaking views—this is perfect.
My only suggestion for the crew would be to consider slightly more professional attire, rather than gym gear, to better match the premium feel of the experience. That said, this was a very minor detail and didn’t take away from what was a truly enjoyable evening.

Great cruise - our guide Alpy was very accommodating (I ran late because I got lost, and they waited for me) and so knowledgeable about the sights and history of Istanbul. Amenities and snacks were great, yacht was comfy - absolutely fantastic experience!!

You cruise the Bosphorus at sunset. Unfortunately, I did not find the description of cruise was adequate to what we experienced. Our guide was John, and he was friendly and outgoing. However, the boat had two levels, and he spent his time mostly on the 1st level. We saw him approximately 7-8 minutes and he only mentioned two features on the Bosphorus. Snacks consisted of Dorito's and nuts. 2 glasses of wine, were really, a small rock glass filled about 1/4-way, 2x's. Other traveler's that were on the 2nd deck also stated their disappointment in the cruise. Not what was advertised.
