This particular operator is unreliable. The operator unresponsive to emails and phone calls. The operator was supposed to What’s App or email the hotel which never happened.

Don’t waste your money!! We were seated at a table in the far back corner behind the bussing station. We couldn’t even see the dance floor. We tried to go up to see what the dancers looked like and were told we weren’t allowed to. There was only a TV to watch it. Why bother going at all?! But that TV was blocked because all waiters went there to get everything at the bussing station.
The good was horrid. The service was rude. One waiter actually shoved me out of my chair whilst eating so he could open a drawer to get forks.
Don’t bother with this. Wasted money and a horrid overall experience.

The crew and performers 10/10. Beautiful. The bad behavior of some guests (attempts to 'tip' a dancer in a rude way) were handled graciously. The view is nice and the food is fine. BUT: The ride back literally left me and my 80 year old mom in the middle of the street, at midnight, several blocks of violent traffic away from our hotel. And unfortunate, though id asked, the boat was full of smokers. Cigarette smoke makes me quite ill. So, that was a downer.

Luxury is absolutely NOT the way I would describe this. Useless instructions for arrival. Low end old vessel with undesirable layout for a good experience. Boring performances. Minimal, if any, explanations of sites passing by. Food was terrible. Will be a huge disappointment if you are used to moderate quality, let alone luxury.

The entertainment was fantastic!! The dancers were amazing. The cruise along the Bosphorus was great. The food was okay. Be sure you know what alcoholic drink you are ordering. If it is wrong, they will not get you another without charging you for a second drink.

Great music and atmosphere, good price,
The dancers were great, but as was so busy all the waiter were under pressure, for so many people with unlimited drinks you have add more staff.

This wonderful dinner cruise experience is a must while visiting Istanbul area. Very nice buffet with choices different foods. The dance performance keeps you entertained the entire evening.

A great cruise with a meal which was excellent for mass catering.
The entertainment was excellent , the dancers were very enthusiastic and they also got the guests involved at the end.
Finishing the night off with a disco was just the icing on the cake.

This driver picked us up at our hotel as described.
However, we were dropped off, about 2 blocks away from the hotel, at the top of a hilly street and told we would have to walk to our hotel from there!
There were 4 of us, ranging in age from 68 (1 person), 74 (1 person) and 80 (2 people).
The 74 year old had to be helped off and onto the bus and the boat because they are obviously physically impaired and have great difficulty climbing the high steps and crossing the high gaps between the surfaces of these vehicles.
Fellow passengers were kind enough to assist them while the driver did nothing to assist.
One of the 80 year olds had a cane which was required to assist him with walking and getting on and off the vehicles.
Despite these issues, the bus driver insisted they get off the bus at the hilltop and had absolutely no empathy for their situation. Disgraceful behavior!
Even when one of the passengers told the driver two of them were infirm. He still insisted they get off of the bus then and there.
This is an awful and extremely inconsiderate way to treat the elderly and the handicapped.
I certainly hope this driver will be properly disciplined.

A very enjoyable evening. Food and drink was fully included at a very reasonable price. The Turkish dancing was enjoyable and there were magnificent views from the boat as we meandered along the Bosphorus. The organisers managed to get us re-booked on a different boat when ours had operational issues, and despite our transfer coach getting stuck in the terrible Sultanahmet traffic, they waited for us to arrive before sailing. Great communication from the tour company throughout. Highly recommended.

The food was surprisingly good, especially the starters. I had the fish - tasty. The venue for the show was on the deck above and it was over crowded by a lot - a series of long tables with chairs very much together, and little space to walk between rows. Those at the ends of the tables could not see much of the show because of the distance and people with their phones up recording parts of the show. In order to get a good seat, eat really fast and run upstairs. Definitely not my favorite. One more point - the show was okay.

Went with my family, had a full course dinner (appetiser, main and dessert). Dinner was okay, I recommend the fish if you have the option. The scenery was beautiful. The turkish dance show was also enjoyable. People may talk about belly dancing, but I actually really enjoyed the men's traditional dance. Overall, a good experience worth the money. We also were given the dessert during the show which was nice.

There time is not accurate they said will pick us up between 7:15-7:45 they picked us at 8:20 the boat supposed to leave at 9 they left at 10
Quality of food is soooo bad
The server was very bad you ask him for a drink he does not bring it
The shop itself is outdated they even don’t put any table cloth on the tables
If you want desert you have to pay 10 eur

Average boat after the one we booked had issues. Food was also average and white wines not cold. Entertainment was scarce and mainly focused on one "belly dancer" who spent far too much time in the crowd..clearly looking for personal tips. Was a nice view of Istanbul from the water however other than that we wouldn't recommend.

The view was amazing. Loved the sites from the boat. You could see the entire city light up. The entertainment was very nice as well. However the food was not great potatoes were cold the appetizers were not up to par. Also you don't go far up the canal so we didn't see as many sites as other cruises had promised. It was somewhat disappointing. The waiters were very busy, but had no smile or excitement. All in all was mediocre at best

Well it was average experience in terms of quality of food and shows. Food is not great may be expect for such a price but i will love to pay more and have a good fresh quality food. Drinks were mediocre- gin and tonic was not be choosen drink. Performance was with great energy bravo to folks but just less than 30 mins and then it will about going around table and missing all the fun you think you seeing the performance. The pick up was great- great team and guy we had fun coming back after the cruise. Just take with pinch of salt if you are taking this cruise trip.

Very nice cruise in the Bosphorus, very good of the view the landmarks of Istanbul during the sunset and night, the food was all right but no excellent, the show was very good with the Whirling Dervish and the Belly dancer. At the end they put disco music, and everybody was partying. The only thing is that the pickup was late and we though that we were going to lose the cruise,

First the good parts: the show was very good and the food while not amazing was quite good. The drinks selection was reasonable and unlimited on the package I was on, and the staff on the boat were very great and very friendly. In addition the trip was quite long and the views good, so it was good value for money. In addition, the people who organised the tour were very responsive on WhatsApp also, which was very helpful.
Unfortunately the trip was let down by the pick-up driver Mehmet. The pick-up was late, which I fully understand given the Friday night traffic in Istanbul, as such, I decided to have a small beer in my hotel while I was waiting. About 15 minutes after the pick-up window I get a call from an unknown number which I presume is the driver so I ask is this the driver and I get no reply. So I finish my beer and I walk out to the street and see the van there but no driver. I then ask the concierge if the driver had gone into reception and he said yes. So I turn around and see the driver coming out of reception shouting and raising his arms saying I should have been in reception. Now while it's true the instructions do say to meet in reception, I was about 20 feet away in the bar and I told the hotel staff to let the driver know where I was. Either way, the whole thing only took about 1-2 minutes so I don't see what the big deal was about. Unfortunately, the experience with the ignorant Mehmet didn't get any better, with him driving aggressively and grunting at me and the other customers. At one stage a young Father with a pram had to run across the road and try to get the pram on the footpath because Mehmet wasn't slowing down.
What could have been a great experience was let down at the start and the end of the night by the driver.
