Overall experience was not great for price paid

The overall experience was not great for price paid. We paid for a VIP private table, which was at the front, however it was right under the speaker, which was very , very loud and left us feeling deaf at the end of the night . Food was served at different times, I ordered fish, which came first, however my partner ordered Chicken which came after I had finished , apparently this is the norm so be prepared.Drinks were all-inclusive and waiter service as part of our price, and generally were on the warm side

This was an Unorganized event. Very small tables and tiny chairs for too many people. It was very crowded. We had to go to the open area to get fresh air and missed many parts of the show because it was too crowded and hot. I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t waste your time and money.

Was given no good service, was made to sit so far back couldn't see much of the entertainment. Was only money making photographers kept coming to take photos. Not that good entertainment. So upset after we left. Pick up/drop off was good nice driver

Never picked up as confirmed at hotel

I booked the Bosphore cruise with diner and show for the night of September 1 at 09:00 PM for two. I Had the hotel pick up confirmed and was impossible to reach the tour operator on the local phone listed on the Voucher to indicate the hotel and address. I finally reached the operator thru the website but too late to take the cruise and requested the rescheduling. No reply so far

Great views and fun, average food

First, the booking process was a bit fishy since it was mentioning the name of an agency called "The Standard" with upside down font, a bit weird, also, though clearly written hotel pick-up and drop-off are included there, was no way to indicate the hotel address. Luckily we eventually got in contact with the agency via WhatsApp and Viator's own chat and agreed on how and when are we going to be picked up. Another thing I was clueless about was the type and name of the boat. Around 20:00-21:00 at Kabatas docks there are dozens of similar tourists boats, luckily ours was a pretty good looking one - Queen Tours. Large, yet still crowded so don't expect to be alone on that boat. Trip was awesome, we got up to the second bridge on Bosphorus and back, the boat trip itself lasted exactly 2 hours. During the trip few meal courses were served accompanied by different entertainment shows with traditional and not so traditional dances (music a bit too loud btw). Food was quite average, salad, some mezes, a choice of kofte, chicken or fish, a slice of peach and one piece of baklava, don't expect much, neither from portions size nor taste-wise. PS: maybe leave your kids at home, it will better for you and the kids as well

Notre véhicule a rencontré un léger contretemps en raison de la circulation, mais un autre véhicule a été immédiatement dirigé vers votre hôtel. Nous vous avons informé de la situation toutes les 5 minutes. À 20h15 précises, le véhicule était à la porte de votre hôtel et le chauffeur vous a attendu à la réception pendant 10 minutes, mais vous n'avez pas souhaité sortir de votre chambre. Toutes nos communications sont enregistrées. Nous espérons que cela clarifie la situation, et nous restons à votre disposition pour toute autre question.

La cena era sencilla, con te trastes típicos turcos y el segundo a elegir entre pollo o pescado, también había baklaba de postre. Todo bastante rico. Las vistas eran geniales y el personal muy amable. Los bailes eran cortos pero te permitía conocer una parte de la cultura.

Buena experiencia pero con fallos en la recogida

La cena muy buena y el show increíble, incluyendo el baile final de todos los asistentes. Las vistas desde el barco eran fantásticas. Lo único malo fue la organización de la recogida al hotel, pues estuvimos esperando media hora y nadie contestaba los mensajes ni venían a recogernos, así que al final tuvimos que coger un taxi para llegar al puerto si no queríamos perder el barco. Por lo meno sì que nos llevaron de vuelta al hotel.

Le serveur « chef de service » n’etait pas du tout attentif, nous à laisser poireauté debout parce que nous avions refusé ses places qui nous séparaient de mon amie avec une poutre entre nous. Les spectacles n’étaient pas visible. Manque d’accueil et d’amabilité. Je ne recommande pas

ホテルの迎えが予定時刻より早かったです。1月でしたが船の中とても暖かかったです。料理は前菜、メイン、デザートが出ました。メインはお魚を選びました。sea bass（スズキ）のグリルでした。美味しかったけど骨が多かったです。男性が白い衣装着て回るやつ、民族ダンス、ベリーダンス等たくさん見れました。お客さんが参加するやつもありましま。 1月中旬の月曜日で、お客さんが少し少ないように感じました。

Acabo la cena/espectaculo y fuimos a buscar al transfer (vehiculo número 27) que nosnos ha enviado la empresa. El transfer supuestamente mis esperaba en el mismo lugar donde nos había dejado. Pues bien, nadie acudió en casi una hora que estuvimos esperando en plena calle con frío y lloviendo.

La cena bien, bebida toda la que quieras, sin límite. El espectáculo vale la pena, muy bonito. Tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con el el día de la fiesta grande de Turquía y vimos los fuegos artificiales desde el barco.

Un de mes meilleurs moments à Istanbul. Une croisière très bien organisée, un minibus nous prend et nous ramène à l'hotel. Pleins de spectacles, de danse, de musique... La nourriture était bonne mais sans plus. Un très bon moment sur le bateau avec un bon DJ. Endroit de détente à l'étage.
