The Turkish bath experience was truly wonderful and very relaxing. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and welcoming. The beautiful marble surroundings and warm steam created a perfect environment to unwind and enjoy the traditional hammam ritual. The staff were very professional, attentive, and made sure that every step of the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleansing, foam massage, and overall treatment were incredibly refreshing and left us feeling completely relaxed. It was not only a relaxing treatment but also a unique cultural experience that reflects the rich Turkish tradition. I would highly recommend the Turkish bath to anyone visiting Istanbul. It was a memorable and rejuvenating experience

This spa is in the basement of a hotel in the old city. The hotel looked lovely but the basement was dark and dingy. The spa and hotel are separate owners. We were escorted though the dark basement to the spa area. The staff seemed irritated with us because we were running a 1/2 hour due to heavy traffic, so I understand their irritation. The facility was run down, a little moldy, and no robes were provided. We wore bathing suits because of the lack of privacy and robes as we were taken from sauna to steam room to the hammam. The two ladies performing the services were fine. I’m sure they just wanted to go home. After our massage, we were told to wait for 10 minutes for our face masks to dry while lying on the massage tables in a cold room. After 30 minutes, when no one returned to the room, we washed off of our masks and left. I have been to a real hamman on a prior trip to Istanbul. This is not worth the money. P.S. the “ad” photo of the people sitting on the benches enjoying a laugh is not from this spa.

Turkish bath for Couples

The pickup was several hours late, which was disappointing, and the facility itself felt a bit run down. That said, I truly appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the bath as a couple—it was a lovely, intimate experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in our overall visit.

From start to finish, this experience was pure luxury. We went for the delux package and it was worth every penny! The scrub and wash was delightful and the massage was relaxing! Would highly recommend! Never seen my husband so clean!

Best Istanbul experience

We visited the Hamam the day we arrived in Istanbul and there was no better way to soothe sure muscles, cramped from sitting on a long flight. The bath experience was new, while the massage is kind of what you expect at a Thai massage. The masseuse for my husband and I were experienced and able to moderate pressure during the massage based on our request. Such a uniquely Turkish experience!

From pick up to drop off, it was 3 hours of bliss. Could not be happier that we found this one in particular. We picked the “Sultan Program” option, and it was perfect. My boyfriend and I were able to do the entire treatment together which made it so special. I read some reviews from other companies that couples were separated. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the experience together. The convenience of being picked up and dropped off at your hotel was a great touch. When we arrived, we were given shorts, slippers, and a towel for me to cover the chest. Then we were led to the dry sauna which was piping hot. After which came the steam room which opened the sinuses with eucalyptus. Then came the scrubbing and foam massage. One must experience that for themselves. My skin feels amazing! The massage, face mask, and hand scrub were soooo relaxing. I will definitely be recommending this Hamam to my friends. Best experience in Turkey so far 🧖🏽‍♀️🧖🏽

This place is part of a hotel, so the staff is not Turkish but Indian and Asian. The massage was okay, loud bar music and people talking so not peaceful. The sauna, face mask, steam room and the actual Hamam was excellent. Small treats/drinks at the end. Not the best setting but I do recommend.

A unique Istanbul Experience

This is an amazing experience. From the sauna to open your pores, To the scrub wash to cleanse you and the excellent massage, this is a unique experience. Will definitely do again with this company on a return to Istanbul. A not to be missed experience. We were treated for over 2 hours.
