My expectations for this tour were quite high due to reading so many glowing reviews. Yet, the tour suprassed all expectations. From the booking phase where Fez Travel were amazing in actually creating a customized packaged due to my enquiry about modifying the itinerary to the actual organization of the tour. Airport and hotel pickups were always on time, very friendly and welcoming. The hotels and restaurants included in the package were excellent. The itinerary and sites visited were amazing. The package was great value for money. Special mention must be made of: Our airport pickup and drop off on the last day was very friendly. He was waiting for us at 5am at the airport and gave us a great mini tour of Istanbul as he talked about several historic sites and monuments we passed by on the way to the hotel. MDC cave hotel. The hotel is 5 star and the staff was super friendly, even taking the time to show us several rooms all rooms are different to see which one we preferred. Kapadokya Balloons. They were very professional with friendly and fun staff especially Julia. The pilots skill must be noted as he managed to softly land the baloon right on top of the trailer. Fey, our guide in Cappadocia. Not only did he posess never ending knowledge on all the sites we visited, he was the friendliest and most helpful guide we have ever had, always making sure we knew all interesting facts about sites and always picking the best spots for pics. Gul, our guide in Ephesus. She was superb. Very friendly and always willing to share her vast knowledge of the sites. I highly recommend this tour and hope you get the same great guides we had. Fez Travel was a perfect ambassador for Turkey and made us definitely want to return.
