This service was amazing and extremely reasonable. The driver and company did a great job communicating ahead of time and also easy to work with. We asked for a bigger car as we had more suitcases on our way back and they sent a larger vehicle at no extra charge. Highly recommend them, as my family felt like a VIP!

The location to meeting place was far at the end of the airport . To far after a long day of travel. . To much caos and wait time to long. Not the best service , however the driver was very good and the ride was comfortable.

Worst experience EVER!!

The worst airport transfer I have ever taken. Found the needed spot with no trouble. Then we were escorted to an elevator and the guy hit a floor number and then stepped out of the elevator. When we got to the floor the guy was no where to be found. So we stood around for about 15 minutes hoping we would find him. We finally spotted him and asked him where the driver is. He said that it will be another 10-15 minutes. Finally when the van pulled it up it didn’t look like the picture on the reservation. We stepped into the van and it smelled like rotting fruit and there were about 10 flies swarming the van inside. The driver closed the door and started driving and there was no where for the flies to go. We finally asked him to open his front passenger windows hoping some of them would fly out, but the 1 hour transfer to the hotel during rush hour was filled with a nasty smell and flies swarming all around us. I would not have take the return back but seeming that we had already paid a round trip transfer my husband insisted that the return will hopefully be better. We confirmed our transfer from the hotel back to the airport the night before and to have the driver meet us at 8am. Hoping this time the experience will be better. It was just as bad. The driver was there waiting for us downstairs, I settled the bill with the front desk and the bags were being loaded on the van and I told the driver that my husband is on his way down. I looked at my watch and it said 8:05am. The driver began to yell at me and get mad that he was not there. I told him that he is in the elevator coming down and he started getting rude and saying something in Turkish. I told him that it’s only been 5 minutes and it’s not a big deal. The driver was rude and his behavior was unacceptable and it was apparent he was acting like this because I was a women. As soon as my husband appeared his demeanor changed and said oh it’s okay. The bellman was embarrassed and apologized to me as he knew the driver was being inappropriate. If you are thinking about booking this transfer don’t. I have travelled all over the world and never had an experience like this before. I would have rather paid more and booked a round trip transfer with the hotel.

Drivers were very courteous and right on time. Vehicle was very nice. The agency communicated exactly where to meet them at the airport and a couple days later they communicated what time they would pick us up to return to the airport.

Istanbul transport from airport to hotel

I was told by Viator rep that the driver would meet me at the exit after customs but luckily VIP Transport sent me instructions to go outside of terminal and look for a stand. The rep told me the company uses only Mercedes C Class cars but I was placed in an old dirty shuttle vehicle with some torn seats. Had to wait for the driver about 15 minutes after the local rep called in I was there. No water was in the vehicle which also was promised. Paid a premium so would have been more economical to have gotten a taxi. But hey, I was driven to the hotel without incident.

Very Poor Service

Arrived at airport to discover that our transport was waiting at a different airport. Unable to contact them as I had no WiFi and phone service was unavailable so we had to arrange our own transport. They text to tell us to be ready at 04.30 for our return trip (10.30 flight!) but they didn't turn up. Hotel contacted them - they said that they didn't have a booking for us, so again we had to have a taxi. Extra cost on top of the original fee. Very poor service

Great experience overall! The Whatsapp communication & confirmation was fantastic so we always knew what was going on prior to pickup/drop off. Pick up feels a little jarring at the airport as it involves waiting in 2 different locations & being handed off before you reach your car but it's controlled chaos with their system and the initial pickup spot is very clear when you come out of the airport. Once in the car, drivers in both directions were friendly & the vehicles were clean. Sometimes the driving felt too fast for me, but I generally don't enjoy being in cars (I prefer public transit when possible) so it may just be my own phobia regarding the speed. We actually used the service 2x a total of 4 trips because we flew to Capadoccia for a day trip while staying in Istanbul and it worked out perfectly.
