Great experience a must visit

This was a great trip with everything as described. It was a good luxury trip well explored and explained, loved the guide who was friendly and great. The bus was comfortable and the food was great. boat ride was amazing and overall a great experience to have. Thank you

We didn't do everything in the description

I went to their office for pick-up, and I was early. I came at 07:15 as pick up was planned for 07:30 and I wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I opened the door and I woke the guy up! He was sleeping on a couch in the office. If there had been a sign outside telling me that the office doesn't open until 07.30, it would have been fine. But there was nothing. Also, we didn't go everywhere that was promised in the description, and we were back in Hanoi at 17.30, and not 19.00 because we didn't get to see Thai Vi Temple at all even though we had time to do so! It was very disappointing. The guide was nice though, and the food was good. The bycicle ride was nice as well as the boat ride, but I hate booking something and not do everything that is promised. To me, that's false advertisement and I cannot stand it.

But we would like to note the address is only meeting point. It is not our real office. It is only a place which is for waiting. Also Please recheck it. Your tour is only HOA LU TAM COC. that mean only 2 places to visit: Hoa Lu Ancient Capital + Tam Coc Caves by boat. we are not providing Thai Vi Temple. Please recheck it on itinerary too Thanks Mr Kevin
