Sadly, my guide was obviously going through the motions and did not seem sincerely interested in my questions, comfort, or interests (this was a private tour). I was left alone with extremely obnoxious people (tourists and shop owners) at the train stop, the cyclo tour was a joke (very old man cycling who couldn't speak English and coughed/choked), then when I asked for a photo, it was at the end in a very non-picturesque area. I think we ended early and I had expressed interest in at least driving by the prison (walked there in 15 mins the next day, so could have managed that). Go elsewhere...spoiled the city visit.

Didn’t go to train street that was specified on the list of attractions. No where to stop and get food or drink.

A great private tour! Saves so much time and effort of navigating within Hanoi. The private tour cut the long line of waiting and found the best spot at the train street experience. Highly recommend!
