      I thought the seats were first come first serve once you have a ticket, besides the 2 front vip rows. But theyre assigned seating, and my seat was in the very back even though the late comers got to sit way up front. If closer seats were available i have no idea why they’d put you in the back when you’re paying over double for ease? Lady was nice, but it was honestly really annoying paying more to have to sit in the very back. You technically do get to skip the ticket buying line, but i feel like if i had gotten tickets at the counter I would spent half the money and gotten way closer.

      It's a scam. Plain and simple. You pay more than double what you would to but on site, because you're guaranteed to 'skip the line'. Except you don't get to skip the line at all. The picture shows where we had to start queueing. Nowhere near the boss office. And they haven't got back to me about a refund.

      This show is a must do. Pay for the upfront seats. Book early and ask for the first two rows. The seats are stacked high and deep and a tall person in front of you will block your sight lines. Booking with this agency is worthwhile because their representative meets you near the box office with your paper tickets, avoiding a terrible scrum at the will call box office.

      While I think the tickets were a tad expensive through Viator, our booking was last minute and it was convenient as there was a person waiting near the ticket counter to handover the tickets.

      Redeemed the physical tickets from a designated person at the theatre and skipped the lines. Just as advertised. The show itself was enjoyable too. Would recommend for first timers.

      What a surprise this was. Expected it to be somewhat a cheesy experience but many have recommended it so we tried it out! It was really good. Impressive local instruments, live singing, quite funny and very good actually. To find the lady that has your tickets, squeeze to the front of the regular queue to the left hand side in our case. A lady stood there handing out the pre-booked tickets
