Really fun. Show is in Vietnamese but you don't really need the translation to follow along. A lot of funny parts too.

Show was good but the operator overbooks seats

We bought the VIP (front row) seats for the family but the operator overbooked the seats and we end up in the middle to back area. I saw some people sitting on the steps. Although the show was good the overbooking took some of the enjoyment away for me. Viator got us a prompt refund for the difference in seat types.

Had a 5.15pm booking which got changed to 4pm with little warning when we were on other activities, tried to get there on time but missed 1/3 of the show. No compensation or alternative offered by either Viator or the operator, very bad customer service

Horrible experience! They let people late halfway thru. Audience was rude, held phones up with no regard for people behind them. Performance was nice; kid oriented and historical. But management needs to do better keeping the audience orderly.

Definitely a very good cultural experience in Hanoi. Fun for children and adults. Not too long a show with some funny bits. Highly recommend if you are in Hanoi and looking for something different to do in the evenings!

Water puppet show was enjoyable. Paid USD15/person for Deluxe seats via Viator, received USD4 standard seats. Too bad

I found the water puppet show enjoyable, but I'm dissatisfied with Viator. I paid USD15 per person for Deluxe seats, yet received tickets for USD4 standard seats. The front desk mentioned Viator had only ordered standard seats. The ordering platform seems irresponsible, and I received neither a refund nor any notification about the change. Viator did not provide the service as I paid for.
