Not existing

This company doesn’t exist. It would be beter if Viator takes them of the platform. Happily ever after there is enough to do in Hanoi.

Bad experience

David_V, May 2022
We Booked this trip and waited and one of the stops. THE BUS NEVER CAME! Then we tried to reach to contact person and the tour guide, but nobody answered when we called them and we got no answers at our text messages neither. Very unprofessional and I really really don’t recommend! Avoid booking this!

NONEXISTANT!

Amelia H, Nov 2019
This hop on/off was not Running apparently that day. We searched for 1.5 hours with tour guide and stops on the route trying to help us. We ended up paying for another bus and NEVER SAW BONBON BUS even after riding the Thang Long ahanoi City tour bus route nonstop 2 times around.

Response from Host, Nov 2019

Dear Amelia, Thank you for choosing our BonBon bus during your stay in Hanoi, and also your feedback is very valuable to us. Informed about your case, we would like to sincerely apologize to you for such inconvenience you experienced on our BonBon bus. As much as we are of great concern about customers’ satisfaction, unavoidable mistakes sometimes happen out of hand. There was some miscommunication among us, as we couldnt reach out to you without any point of contact like email or phone number to provide support. Since you didn't get to experience our service, we will compensate you with a full refund of your payment and give you a VND200,000 voucher for our BonBon Experience tours. We hope that this will be sufficient to address any inconvenience which may have caused you. At BonBon, we have a vision to help people travel better, on a deeper emotional and more personal level. Most of our customers acknowledge the value that we bring to their journey here. The 1 star rating can have a major impact on the future of our business. Since this is a misunderstanding between us, we would really appreciate it if you consider removing your 1 star review on Viator. We hope the rating wouldn’t stand in the way of our goal to deliver the best local experience to visitors to Hanoi. We are always looking for ways to improve our product, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. We want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. We're always here to listen! Best Regards,

Cheaper to do it yourself

Annalisa A, Oct 2019
The guides seemed more awkward and confused than even I was. We completely skipped over some stops which means I never got to see those sites. At the ones I did stop at, I usually had to pay extra for an audio guide or risk walking through everything without a clue as to what it was. The Temple of Literature also charged an entrance fee which was not part of the tickets that were included in the price. It would be cheaper and more enjoyable to go to these sites by yourself through Grab or a taxi.
