No communication at all from the moment of booking to getting off the buss in sapa, rude staff man would randomly walk down the aisle in the middle of the night yelling angrily.

So comfortable. Lie back and enjoy the scenery.. they offer to pick you up and drop off from accomodation. I thought a better option than overnight train. Left Hanoi mid morning and arrived at 5pm

Convenient and Comfortable Enough

In terms of service: the service was good. They provided waters as you got on, wifi throughout the ride, and two restroom breaks. They are very efficient in getting people on board and on the road in a timely manner. My only gripe is that the bus was running 30 min late and was not proactively told from the operator. I had to message the operator thinking that I missed the bus. Secondly, they did not, again, proactively give a way to identify the bus until I reached out, so you are standing there watching 15 different bus operators go back and having to ask, 'is this my bus?'. In terms of the ride: The bus is spacious enough, you each get a sleeper seat - was beginning to be a tad small for someone 5'11 so if any taller you may be more cramped. The ride itself was a bit rougher than expected for thinking you may be able to sleep comfortably. The roads felt like a mix of hard asphalt and unpaved so it's rough vibrations through out coupled with jerky bus movement so there's no consistent rhythm to sleep to. But overall, very convenient, efficient, and affordable as a transport to Sapa. Would rec if needed and don't want to speed 'too much'.
