The bus was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a bottle of water. There were USB ports available to charge electronic devices. We made 2 stops where we could use the restroom, and purchase food and drinks. We were picked up and dropped off right at our accommodations. The support team was quick and helpful with responding to questions. The entire process of booking was very easy and straightforward. It was a neat way to see the countryside. I would highly recommend this travel method.

Our family of 5 seniors, 4 adults, and 3 children traveled with BC Family Tour during our trip to Vietnam and Laos.
We first booked their Hanoi–Sapa luxury bus about two months in advance. After having a really good experience, we decided to continue booking their private transfers and tours for the rest of our trip, including Halong Bay, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang,Phong Nha, Da Nang and Hoi An, and Laos.
With such a large family, especially with elderly people and children,
arranging transportation and tours can be quite complicated.
What we really appreciated was that BC Family Tour helped us organize everything together. By booking the tours and transfers with them as a package we were able to save both time and money compared with arranging similar services separately
After using their services throughout our trip, we are very happy with our decision and truly appreciate all the support from their team. They made traveling with our big family much easier and more convenient

Pick up is an hour before stated on booking which was annoying as the reason we booked with this company is because it said pick up at 8:30 which left us time for breakfast. The limousine bus was much bigger and slower than expected, I thought it was going to be a minivan. I asked to be sat near the front due to pregnancy and this was ignored. Whole trip took 7hrs when it should have taken 5-6. Poor communication from outset, no reply to messages for over 24hrs. Would not recommend. Will stick with GetYourGuide in future.

When you make a last-minute booking online, the system will automatically assign you one of the seats that are still available at that time. This is similar to a flight, where other passengers may have selected their seats weeks, months, or even years in advance, before you made your booking.
However, in Vietnam, we always try to give priority to women, children, pregnant women, and other passengers who may need priority seating, as this is part of our traditional culture.
If you would like to change your seat with another passenger, you would need to speak directly and politely with the passenger who is currently sitting in that seat and ask if they would be willing to exchange seats. Of course, our bus staff will do their best to assist and support you with the process.
However, in this situation, it seems that you did not take the appropriate steps to achieve the outcome you wanted.
Regarding the bus journey, the travel time depends on many factors, including traffic conditions, the number of passengers on board, the legally permitted speed limits for buses, and scheduled rest stops for passengers to take a break or use the toilet during a long journey.
Therefore, the actual travel time can vary from one trip to another. Some journeys may be faster, some may arrive on time, while others may take longer. This is completely normal for bus travel in many countries and is not unique to the Hanoi–Sapa route.

Impressive & comfy limo bus. The scheduling is a bit weird. We booked the 8:30am Sapa-Hanoi but it actually left Sapa bus station at ~10:15am. I think 8:30 is an estimate for hotel pick ups. You have to be a bit flexible.
Great experience, would definitely do again. Cozy little sleeper bus, comfortable, a few stops between Hanoi and Sapa for bathroom breaks. Water provided.
Very happy with how the trip went. We were picked on time, I had the upper sleeper, and it was a good fit. Stopped twice for 30 minutes each, but be aware that there isn't a lot of variety.

Hard to navigate booking. Pickup on time. Daisy was very good with communication. Drivers were excellent. Bus broke down and was replaced in 15minutes. Excellent service.

Legspace in bus was less for me considering my height is 5’10”. Seats are comfortable.
Please bring your own food as stopover hardly has any decent options. Good coffee is available though.
First time in a sleeper bus. I was a bit nervous about feeling claustrophobic or getting car sick but it was fine. We made 2 quikstops a long the way. Just enough time to use the restroom and grab a quick snack. Was able to doze off for a bit. Good for a long drive but nothing over 5 hours . My husband is 6'2 and it was a bit crammed for him. But overall it was good, they made it very easy for us from pick up to drop off

This is not properly advertised. The bus was horrible and was nothing like shown in the picture.
Me and my friends expected a comfortable experience and none us could even fit our legs in the “bed”.
I hope you guys update the images and show what you will be really providing to the people who are purchasing your service.
Needed toilet stop and the driver said ok but stopped after one hour. Bus ride was said to be 6 hours but took more than 8. It stopped for 2 hours in lao cai without any information

1. The travel time from Hanoi to Sapa is around 5.5 - 6.9 hours depending on the traffic.
2. You will travel on the highway. We recommend that you use the restroom before boarding the bus. The bus will make 2 stops where you can use the restroom and grab a bite to eat.
3. The bus cannot stop at any other places on the highway due to Vietnam's traffic safety regulations.
4. If you join the luxury cabin bus and Limousine bus, please ask the staff at Sapa bus station to get a free minivan transfer from Sapa bus station to hotels in the center of Sapa.
All of our buses have GPS like airplanes and run according to the prescribed routes and pickup points that have been registered because buses are under the management and supervision of many different parties.
Therefore, your statement that the bus stops in Lao Cai for 2 hours without reason is not true. Whether the bus arrives quickly or slowly depends on traffic conditions and ensuring the safety of passengers is the most important.
For example, because one person like you requests the bus to stop on the highway without being a rest stop is very dangerous for other passengers. Unfortunately, if another vehicle hits the bus, will you be responsible or the driver? Traffic police will fine $1000 - $3000 and the driver's license will be revoked because stopping dangerously not in accordance with traffic safety regulations. So, will you be responsible for this?

Reserved a luxury sleeper bus, but what we received fell short. The bus was packed, incredibly filthy, and bore no resemblance to the advertised pictures. Avoid at all costs!

Those sitting next to you felt very disturbed by you and your girlfriend. They themselves have provided feedback to us. You chose the cheapest standard type among all our bus options, but you want a first-class compartment. It is similar to booking a dormitory room (sharing bunk beds with others) at a hostel and then demanding a room at a 5-star hotel.
A passenger beside you had to move to another bed just because you didn't want anyone else next to you. Keep in mind that you purchased seats for only two people, not three beds.

Our driver drove smoothly, safely, was expedient & punctual. It was a Very comfortable roomy vehicle too.
A shuttle came to pick us up at the hotel to take us to the bus; we made 2 stops along the way, the bus was very comfortable and the driver drove well. Once we arrived at the agency, a shuttle took us to our hotel. Everything went very well.
