Terrible, the guide did not showed up!

Terrible! The company is not professional at all. Nobody showed up to the meeting point. I tried to contact the company via the chat and nobody replied. I had to ask people on the streets if they could help me by calling the company since my SIM card was only for data. Someone called on my behalf and she was told that there was no such tour. I lost more than an hour by getting to the meeting point and waiting. After Viator intervened, someone of the company texted me saying that he was just informed of the tour and if I could wait for him 30min! The company never apologized and I had to demand to get a reimbursement. Unfortunately Viator cannot intervene in the reimbursement. Note that it is up to the company to reimburse you so Viator cannot provide you any guarantee. The situation was quite annoying.
