Overall good trip. Our guide Mr Luca was prompt, spoke good English, courteous. The whole trip could be optimized such that the travel time from Hanoi to pier and vice versa is reduced and extra time.utilized during the trip. Both speed boat and bamboo boat is NOT worth the price charged. An alternative could be the vietnamese boat which was shown in some of the websites. Bamboo boat could be scrapped completely.

Our tour was supposedly a basic one with set lunch menu. However we ended up with other tour groups on the boat and had a lunch buffet instead which was good. Drinks were not included but overall still a good meal. The activities were at the right amount of time. We paid for bamboo boat and kayaking at 60k Dong each. It was fun. On the way back, we had a sunset party where fruits and drinks were served. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

Great experience and the tour guide was super friendly and very accommodating. Had good vegan options for lunch and they communicated really well throughout. I am bit claustrophobic and was not sure I can go through one of the caves but the team messaged throughout the passage and reassured that they can turn the boat around and pick me up from where they dropped us off so I don’t have to go through it. I managed to pull myself together and did it but it was great to see how much they care about their customers and how accommodating they are.

This tour was filled with delicious lunch, beautiful scenery, and lots of Vietnamese history. Our tour guide was one of the best, a local from Vietnam who knew everything about Halong Bay and the city of Hanoi. The views and kayaking on Halong Bay were beautiful and organized. There was just enough time to enjoy the scenery and go through the caves. I was very satisfied with this trip.
