Every client was out through an orientation first up on a calm beach to ensure capable and coached before continuing, full safety briefing given and enforced to ensure safety, adequately staffed ensuring in the water one lead, others ensured all clients were consistently safe. Great tour and very professional guides. The equipment, the boat, van were good as well.
The only negative thing for me is that the transfer service is not available for the people staying in the East cost, which forced us to book our own transport until the west coast where the picked us up.

Regarding our shuttle service outside the city center, please allow us to provide further clarification on this matter:
Given that our departure point is from the city center and our route heads south, any location along this route does not incur an additional pick-up or drop-off fee. However, if the location is in the opposite direction along this route, we will assess whether we can provide shuttle services based on the location, and if so, there will be an additional service fee. This fee is actually more cost-effective compared to taking a taxi, as OnBird subsidizes up to 50% for our customers.
We hope you understand that Phu Quoc Island is vast, and offering complimentary shuttle service to all areas is challenging. For areas with additional pick-up fees, we strive to support our guests with the lowest possible shuttle service fee.

This is a must do when in Phu Quoc! The coral reefs are just breathtaking and the overall experience couldn't be better. Our two guides, Wave and Charlie were great, they picked us up at our hotel, then explained everything to us on the speedboat and in the water and pointed out specific corals and fish to us. They were so keen to help whenever someone had doubts or a question. We had a lot of time in the water to explore on our own too. In the end we enjoyed a drink and mango by the beach on a beautiful island.

We were given good equipment and a short training sessions prior to visiting the coral reef. There, groups of 2-3 were assigned to one guide, which was great.
The coral reef was very abundant. Many pretty corals and fish to see. Our guide James even picked up a hermit crab for us, and showed us some anemones.
It was really well organised and I would highly recommend this.

Our family(2 adults & one child) joined this snorkeling activity, and we had a great expereince. The staff was very helpful and taught us how to do snorkeling in this area. Our family had limited snorkeling expereince but we were able to swim around and see beautiful corals. I highly recommend this activity.

I went with my friends and had an amazing time. The guides, Andy and Lee, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
When they do the training for how to use the equipment and ask about life vests, I highly recommend trying out without first because a life vests can be very restricting and you don't need to use much effort to float/tread water.

Great experience - amazing guides. They were very helpful even if you do not know swimming or are doing snorkeling for the first time.
Special mention to Can and Duk for helping us have an absolute amazing time. They took us to the best spots, showed us one the world's most amazing coral reefs and even cooked us some oysters they caught from the ocean.

Very professional snorkel tour. Never experienced it like this. The group was first put on a beach in the water and explanations were given about the snorkeling equipment. Small group. When snorkeling, two men go with them one in front and one behind the group. They point you to the beautiful places. Nice experience. Definitely recommended.

Spectacular!
Very attentive and careful with the preparation of everything, from the masks to the way we move in the water. John, Colin and Hugo were exceptional in guiding and explaining.
Now, nothing to do with the Enterprise and the guides, I found the beaches and the islands very dirty, we snorkeled almost always with plastic around. The amount of fish and some coral were dead, unfortunately. Of course, Onbird is not to blame, but it ends up getting a little sad because the experience gets "contaminated" with these details that we humans provoke.
