Seville day trip cancelled 13/10/23

We paid for the Seville was told all booked went to a hotel to bd picked up spent 20 euros each way nobody turned up. We then found out that the tour which we had booked did not exist . Viator agreed to refund our money will believe when received. This was an appalling experience never had this problem with any other tour company.Why was this booked then?

Michael, our driver was very friendly and accommodating. The tour of the palaces was too long, liked the tour of the cathedral. Preferred to combine a city tour with the cathedral and the palace. Tour guide Susanna was very professional.

The ride from Granada to Seville is about 3 hours long. The bus was comfortable and our driver was very nice, but got a bit lost when we arrived in Seville...we should have arrived around 11am and instead did not arrive at the start of the tour until nearly 12pm. We had expected on these tours -- which are quite expenisve -- that there would be a tour guide on the bus explaining the different areas of Spain that we were traveling through and to give a more extensive history about Seville. Upon arriving in Seville the local tour guide was knowledgable but we only went to two locations. For the amount the trip costs, it should include a tour of the city in additional to visiting the monuments.

Another great day, private transfer from Granada to Seville, then we were the only ones on the tour. well worth the 2.5hr journey to see this. Tour lasted around 2.5hrs then we had free time for lunch, more sightseeing on our own

Great trip! Were picked up at hotel, driver was pleasant, spoke English, gave us travel tips, explained sights en route to Sevilla. When we met up with our tour guide in Sevilla, he was friendly, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about the sights and history of Granada. The tour was amazing. Our only complaint was we booked less than 24 hours before the tour left, and never got a final confirmation regarding our pickup place and time, and made multiple (expensive) phone calls to try to confirm details so had to get up extra early and just wait in the hotel lobby. We felt the trip was a little expensive and it would have been nice if this included lunch, but overall, a good trip.
