We had a wonderful sailing outing with Alberto. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. His boat was in great condition and provided some nice snacks and cava. He had snorkeling gear and a paddleboard for a nice time in the water. We did not see dolphins this time of year, but we did not expect that. Overall, I recommend his sailing cruise and 3 hours was perfect.

The boat trip was a great experience. The boat was clean and had enough space for all, beverage and snacks was served. The captain was nice and provided a great trip.

First of all, meeting point where we should come was empty and no one came to meet us, the guy which should be here was sitting in the boat and wasn't visible. We come by directions on Google maps, and then calling him to get out to see us. Chrismas day with 3 kids, more then hour driving to this place to see dolfins. So, we had to call him to find him and we had nice sailing with boat and nothing else. No dolphins, kids were very disappointed, I felt cheated. And wasted money!

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We are always on the boat waiting for clients before departure, that is why we give a location and in case Google maps gives a faulty location we provide a full written description of the meeting place and a contact telephone number in case you still need to contact us. Regarding the dolphins, we sail in a dolphin watching area and therefore we have the opportunity to see them very often and enjoy their company but it is impossible to guarantee that we will see dolphins on every trip, we would love to be able to say that but we can't and we don't advertise it as such. We understand that children are the most excited to see the dolphins and their parents always want to make them happy as we do ours but keep in mind that sailing in the sea and seeing dolphins in total freedom is sometimes not possible because of the territory they move through, We do our best to look for them as we have a lot of experience and we know the most common routes where they are sighted but nothing is 100% sure, what we do guarantee is that we strive to ensure that the client enjoys a sailing experience on our beautiful sailing boat in a wonderful natural setting with the best atmosphere and treatment. We had booked at very short notice in the late evening of the previous day and were allowed to start this great trip as a threesome. Alberto was super nice, made for us an extra slender, so we had another touching encounter with a dolphin group to the great trip. Highly recommended!!!
