Gibralter is a fascinating place. And I recommend you see it. However, for the price, the ride there (three hours each way), the short time there (the “tour” lasted less than 90 minutes) and the rushed, impersonal, even brusque experience we had with our guide, Clive, made this a less than ideal day. At the end of the tour, Clive dropped us off and asked for payment. We explained we’d already paid. He gave us directions for shopping, dining, and getting back to the port of entry (take the #10 bus, a taxi, or walk this direction). Our driver, Gonzolo was delightful. He pointed out various towns and cities and was engaging and friendly. Gibralter is a fascinating place. Clive pointed our things to see. He seemed thorough and “on script.” But for this price, you deserve a better experience.

Dear James, Thank you very much for taking the time to write us a review. As you have said, there are 3 hours of driving in each direction and the total duration of the excursion is approximately 7 hours (it almost always lasts longer) as announced in the product description. Gibraltar is a small city that can be visited in a little over an hour and a half. The time is what we have to satisfy the pleasure of our clients to see Gibraltar in a round trip tour, there are many expenses behind the announcement that we must assume, it is not simply the transport and the guide, we always work to give the best service to our clients in small groups and that they feel cared for and happy at all times. On the other hand, the guide with whom we always work does not correspond at all to the description that he gives us, unfortunately, we will still investigate the situation. We hope you enjoyed the rest of the visit!
