Terrible - cancelled trip no refund offered.

The trip was cancelled but no one actually told us so we turned up and were then told that everyone on the trip had been contacted. I asked for a refund but was refused. I also contacted viator about it but was again refused a refund. Terrible service do not book through this tour company.
