TOSSASUB Instructor Training Center Christening of scuba diving at sea One day activity, three hours approximately. An instructor will make an introduction to explain the operation of the equipment, how to breathe, move underwater, communication signals. Then, after handing you the necessary material to perform the dive, you will be transferred to the beach to perform the dive baptism, always under the supervision of an instructor and at most 12 meters deep and for about 40-45 minutes, diving. After having enjoyed a hard-to-forget experience, you will be taken back to the center so you can shower and change. REQUIREMENTS: Do not have problems with your heart, breathing system, ears, or being pregnant. Do not fly minimum in 12 hours. We will leave the port of Playa de Aro sailing towards the horizon. Whenever possible we will use the sails and turn off the engine to move through the sea. As the sun approaches the horizon we can enjoy the golden colors of the water surface. The Cap Norfeu is an integral nature reserve, both terrestrial and marine. It forms part of the Cap de Creus Nature Park and is one of the most beautiful places of all the Catalan coast. It has great botanical wealth, the most common trees being pine and holm oak, and it has with numerous species of birds and aquatic animals, seeming to hold a special attraction for whales and dolphins. At Cala Murtra we go down to the catamaran’s viewing pods to admire this marvellous seabed. When everyone has finished viewing, we will anchor in the cove to allow anyone who wants to swim in these turquoise-coloured waters. We will make this 30-minute swim an unforgettable fun experience.

The activity takes place within the Montgrí Natural Park. Immersion with a monitor per person at a maximum depth of 7-10 meters. Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung diseases, heart problems, perforated eardrums, diabetes or vascular diseases must present a specific medical certificate to carry out the activity. Pregnant or people who have suffered pneumothorax cannot perform the activity.

During the summer season parking is available for a fee.
