Jordi was truly best your guide I’ve had. He’s a Girona local and extremely knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know. The tour was perfectly balanced between explaining local legends in the larger (true) historical context, larger relationships and history of Spain and Catalonia. He was happy to tangent off into topics our small group found interesting and the tour ended with a perfect sampling of local ratafia & pastry. Absolutely made our 1 day trip to Girona fabulous!

Joan Marc was a fantastic guide. So full of passion, energy and knowledge. The traditional pastry and liquor were fab. Got lots of information about the city and very helpful tips for the rest of my trip. A MUST if you visit Girona!

The tour was in English.
John Mark is a personable, knowledgeable guide.
He explained every stop in detail, but not too much.
It was a good tour of Girona - saw all the sights listed.
Also had a bakery snack.
I would recommend this tour and John Mark.

This was an excellent tour. Fun, informational, humorous, and welcoming. Wear decent walking shoes. The walk is not hard. Guide was exceptional and very informative.

A truly incredible walking tour. Our guide was John Marc and he was interesting, full of fun information, and kept the entire group engaged and excited. He gave us a good general history of Girona and took us to all the key spots. Also enjoyed the vibes of the cafe where we had ratafia and xuixo. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Girona and tell them they should hope John Marc is their tour guide. Also, he gave great recommendations for bars and restaurants which we really enjoyed.

Juan Marco was such a fantastic guide and our families loved the tour and the time with him. It was a nice touch to stop for a pastry and a digestif and we were happy to have had the time with him.

Very informative. Our guide was an energetic presenter who made it interesting. We took up his advice and found the Roman walls
And walked on them after the tour. A lot packed into two hours and this was perfect.

Excellent guide, highly recommend Jon Mark. Very informative, and passionate about his home town. The small stop at the halfway mark to eat a local pastry and taste a local drink was also excellent.

John mark was excellent, he told us all about different buildings and the stories that go along with them. We felt that he brought history to life. He has lots of knowledge and a great personality. Girona has a fascinating history and he made it fun and interesting. He was knowledgeable and had a true love for the city and its culture. We feel like we know Girona much better and look forward to coming back based upon our experience with this tour.
