Meet in central Girona, and walk with your guide to Església de Sant Martí Sacosta, a church near the Pujada de Sant Domenech, home to the famous Girona staircase. Really great experience. Guide (Carmen/Camelia) gave really good information on the history of the city along with all the game of throne locations.

We had a fantastic time on the Game of Thrones walking tour in Girona, and a huge thank you to Dylan, who was an amazing guide throughout the experience!
He took us to all the iconic filming locations around the city, sharing lots of fascinating stories, behind-the-scenes details and anecdotes about the filming of Game of Thrones. But the tour was about much more than the series: Dylan also shared interesting stories about Girona, its history and the surrounding region, which made the visit even more enjoyable and gave us a real feel for the city.
As a local, he also gave us some great recommendations for authentic Catalan restaurants in Girona and introduced us to several Catalan specialties to try during our stay, a very appreciated bonus!
We highly recommend this experience, whether you are a Game of Thrones fan wanting to walk in the footsteps of your favourite characters, or simply looking for a fun and relaxed way to discover Girona with a great local guide.

Carolina was such a fantastic guide! She gave us a great blend of Girona history, Game of Thrones locations with video from the show so we could see the real life locations alongside the show's versions, and local insights. Plus she was just a pleasure to talk to and it was obvious she has a passion for Girona and GoT. Carolina also shared her favorite restaurants and local spots with us, we couldn't imagine a better tour guide!
What a great tour with Gerard! 6pm was perfect for a tour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave some great recommendations for dinner after! He was armed with both a photo book and the iPad and it was really helpful to have both! He shared behind the scenes clips as well which was really cool. The best part of this tour is how much of the old city it covers and you get to see. Very helpful in getting lay of the land. A must for any GOT fan! Thanks again for a great tour Gerard!
Be very careful when booking this tour if you are driving. I asked the guide ahead of time if there was a lot to park in and he very kindly gave me the nearby public lot. Unfortunately it was impossible to park, and from conversations on-line this is ALWAYS the case. We missed the tour. My son was so bummed. And so were his parents. Not a good experience.

As soon as you informed us that you were having difficulty finding parking, we did everything we could to help. Our guide sent you the locations of two nearby parking lots, shared her live location, and waited for you for more than 10 minutes.
In addition, both Pau and our guide, Ona, tried to reach you by phone several times to offer you the opportunity to join one of our later tours that day, as we still had availability. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our calls or to our follow-up text messages.
We completely understand that finding parking in an unfamiliar city can be challenging. However, arriving at the meeting point with enough time to allow for unexpected delays, such as parking, is ultimately the responsibility of each participant.
We genuinely believe we went above and beyond to assist you and to find an alternative solution. For this reason, we are disappointed to receive a review that places the blame on our guides, when they made every reasonable effort to ensure you could still enjoy the experience.
Our intention was to resolve the situation in the best possible way, and we were even considering offering you a refund despite the circumstances. However, after receiving such a damaging public review, we no longer feel that this is appropriate.

The most important thing for a tour is understanding what you are looking at. Our tour guide Ona explained every location in depth with videos showing the actual show and sets. We also got the bonus of knowing the real history behind the buildings and locations we visited. I highly recommend going on this tour, especially with Ona.
My wife is an avid GoT fan, and so she was super excited from the get-go. I consider myself a very casual fan at best. Even so, I had a wonderful time throughout the tour. Laia was a wonderful guide. She is a perfect mix of teacher, tour guide, and GoT fan. Coming from Los Angeles, movie and TV stuff is commonplace for most of us. Even if you are not a GoT fan, you will get a lot out of it. We even had lunch at one of the spots Laia had recommended, and we had a great time there too. Girona is a lovely place, and this tour really gives you a chance to grasp the beauty and history.
Dylan was amazing and we would have not got to know anything without this tour. Highly advisable and Dylan being a local knew everything

There is no i pads as described...its just a lovely girl with a folder showing pics of what was happening on season 6 only...so was aria stark going blind season lots of walking in 36 degree heat was really uncomfortable tbh ...the tour qas meant to be 2 hours was 40 mins only was a waste of 100 pounds ....use chat gbt walk to the 3 locations and it will tell you everything

We so sorry if you didn't enjoy this tour. As we said before by email the Guide didn't feel well that day and the group was difficult for her with a baby and some of the customers were very rude to her because she wasn't feeling well, which only made her condition worse.
A group of customers told the guide to finish the tour as quickly as possible because the hit and she simply couldn't handle the pressure anymore. She completely broke down.
We suggested to Viator that you be allowed to take this tour on another day, but it seems that none of you are available. We don't know what else we can do.

It was a gentle walk around the historic buildings that had some scenes in GOT. Even if you didn’t see the show it was a nice tour.

Very beautiful. There are many stairs but the tour goes slow with breaks for information. My 82 year old mom was able to manage it without trouble. Highly recommended for game of thrones sights.

Our guide Quin did a terrific job mixing Game of Thrones stories with history of Girona. We were also visiting during the annual flower festival so the city was very beautiful.
Our tour was fantastic. The guide knew about Game of Thrones. She knew all the characters she had watched all the episodes. She took us through every single one even showed footage from the show so we could consider that and our specific location. In addition she added information local to the entire area not just Game of Thrones since it was our only tour that was really awesome so we got information about Girona in particular. Also, we did have to change our date last minute and the tour very easily moved us to the next date without any trouble. All in all it was an excellent tour.

Ona, the last 3 letters of Barcelona, made us relive Game of Thrones, especially Arya’s race through Girona’s medieval narrow streets and escaping scenes. She was patient and also provided bits and pieces of Girona’s history and recommended places to visit and eat/drink. Gracias, Ona!
Guide was very knowledgeable, funny, and answered all our random questions we had throughout the tour. He also gave us a really great recommendations of things to see and places to eat after the tour.
It is excellent and well worth it. Ona was an incredible guide so knowledgable and so friendly and was such a lovely person , it was like strolling with a friend. She made it really interesting and very relevant for us. You don’t have to be a game of thrones fan it was so passionate about the history of Girona and Catalan. She was magical to listen to
