We had a great guide in Liesbeth; wonderful mix of history, local knowledge and insight into Beziers food culture. Tastings included pastries,savoury bites (Nice origins), seafood and wine. Liesbeth's perspective as a blow-in made tour more interesting to us and she was good craic to hang around with.

Easy, relaxed walking tour

Lisebeth was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, approachable and not in your face. It didn't take long to see the passion she has for Beziers. Lisebeth took a good pace and gave us enough information without overloading us. The selection of food was well thought out. This tour was worth every dollar and i would recommend it to anyone.

We had a fabulous food tour around Béziers with Liesbeth, who took us to a variety of eateries - all delicious. Her enthusiasm for the area was infectious The added bonus was the stunning flower market on Fridays.

Absolutely enchanting way to experience this lovely city and some of the best regional tastes! Our guide brought us to several local shops which she has chosen for quality and variety of delicious offerings. She was relaxed, friendly and informative. We loved the architecture, big plazas with cafes everywhere and the beautiful, well-shaded promenade. Wear comfortable shoes and go hungry.

The cheese shop was the highlight for us. The wonderful smell and his enthusiasm and knowledge were tremendous - we’ll definitely be going back there.
