We were not given the correct address. It was a disaster. After going to the wrong address and then having to travel 15 minutes by Uber to get to where the boat was, started the evening on a frustrating note . Very little information while on the cruise.

We are so sad you left this review. We provided the correct address and all information twice; once the day before and again 8 hours before your tour. Our captain even called you to make sure you received all the information 4 hours before the tour. We are also very sad of this, since once you arrived you realized you had yourself put in the wrong address… our most important objective is for our customers to have a great time; but we also expect respect and honesty in return. NEVER SHOWED UP… we booked this excursion at 1pm for a 7:30 departure my credit card was immediately charged and the trip confirmed. We awaited the further pick up instructions After several calls / messages to the tour operator we never got any response. We called Viator customer service and they assured us the trip was confirmed and to meet at 240 las olas circle. We arrived only to find the address was a construction site.. after several calls and walking aimlessly around 2 marinas I am still awaiting a refund and response. I realize this trip was booked the day of but there is no excuse for taking someone’s $$ and confirming a trip that clearly was not going to happen.

We BOOKED our trip PAID in full for it, received a CONFIRMATION and a phone number to call….. NO ONE from Boat ever contacted us. The dissatisfaction is deep, family was looking forward to it and NO One had a solution except refund our money.

Loved it. Its a must do at night. Excellent attention by Valentina Mas and the extra mile she goes to take you to the best sights. Take a good cam with you, the view is magnificent.
