Great Tour with Top Tier service

The tour was excellent, BUT the tour guide and the customer care were absolutely out of this world! We got in to our Riad late the night before the tour. In a panic I reached out to ask that someone come to help us navigate the Medina and arrive at the contact point to start the tour. They told me that it was not typical but that they understood my dilemma and would find a way. These guys brought the bus to transport our group and then had someone bring their private car and drive to the closest access point to us and the.n, walked in to find us! During the tour we saw a roadside stall selling camel’s milk. I mentioned to another member in our party that it would be cool to taste some camel’s milk. Our guide then asked if he could turnaround and take us to the stall…we did not even have to ask. We were treated like family throughout. These guys are a. 10/10
