I had an amazing time during this 3 day trip with Hisham. We learned a lot about the culture and we saw places we would not otherwise. The night in the desert and the camel ride were magical. There is a long time in the bus but it is comfortable, has AC, and internet. Last but not least Hisham is always in a good mood, caring and ready to help.

Ismail and Mouhamad were amazing hosts and kept us entertained, informed, and engaged at all points during our trip. It is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. I recommend riding camels on direction and renting the ATVs for the other to get a full feel for the Sahara.

Camel drive was real torture. My camel from time to time shakes forward and backward that I barely hold. Struggle with camel takes all my attention and I can't remember any beautiful scene. But, according for my photos, that I took at stops, there was such. My idee fixe was: when it ends?
Sunsets was disappointing: in my garden they was much spectacular. It's not to mention that place to watch them was choosed for sandbording instead of sunwatching. Sun was masked by duna. Something worth of seeing I saw on the way for the camp.
In the camp they didn't give a blanket, but end of night was cold.
Excursions on return path was only to invite to some workshop to promote a purchase.
But I saw the desert and driver and second hotel was good.

It's a lot of driving but it's so worth it! Riding a camel through the Sahara Desert is indescribably amazing! We learned a lot about Berber culture and saw some incredible sights along the way. Our guide, Dakr was really great and so helpful. Thank you, Dakr!

Our guide mehdi was exceptional. He spoke many languages fluently, informing everyone with lots of information while driving and taking us to nice places to eat along the way. Accomodation was lovely that was booked and couldn’t recommend mehdi enough. It’s a great trip

Was amazing being able to get a good historical overview of Morocco. The US and Morocco have been long time allies, but I never knew much about the kingdom. This tour was amazing and my tour guide, Yousef, was even better. He was very friendly and helpful to not only me, but everyone on the tour. Any questions or concerns I had were answered by him with care. He is a great guide and I recommend him to everyone, and definitely made the experience to Morocco great!

Hesham our driver was amazing. He gave us so much information, was polite, friendly and spoke great English.

A must do trip! All the stops described in this itinerary are amazing. With breath taking views of the desert, forest monkeys, gorges and the scenic Atlas Mountains. It was a memorable experience and glad we elected for the luxury camp experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Do not waste your time looking at other tours. Pray that you will get Haadi and Rasheed for your tour because THEY ARE THE BEST. They are so helpful if you need help too with regards to finding an ATM or pharmacy. They literally made my first solo trip super memorable and seamless.
Not gonna lie, i was kinda skeptical to booking with them here but I DID NOT REGRET! Also, please also remember that lunch is not included, will cost you 120 MAD which is reasonable. Please do not forget to tip your guide because there are lots out there who had bad experiences and if you’re lucky enough to have a good time, PLEASE TIP. Don’t be stingy.
All in all, you’ll have good time definitely and you will be well taken care of!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. Me and my girlfriend loved is. Yassin the driver was an absolute pleasure. A real asset to your team. What a guy. 'Camel man' as he called himself. The desert was insane and Yassin made it.

1. Was told to be ready for 7:20, we wanted to be picked up from blue gate but we’re not able to then after collection we drove to the blue gate to pick up another couple. We did not leave the blue gate in fez until 8:40 due to a couple being late which made us behind and caused us to miss the “sunset on the sand dunes” which is what we paid for.
2. Due to being late and missing the sunset we then couldn’t get photographs on the camels which is why we were on the tour and were unable to use the “free sand boarding” activity which was also promoted.
3. The “hot shower” in luxury camp we paid for did not have any water pressure to the point it went off completely and most certainly did not get hot.
4. The “silent” sleep in the camp was impacted by a loud tour in the next camp where music was playing until 3am before our 5am get up making us extremely tired for our day ahead.
5. The “tasty” breakfast at camp the morning we left comprised of bread, cake and cereal yoghurt. No traditional elements and no fruit provided.
6. Our driver Ali had poor communication and was offended when we could not hear him due to his microphone being broken at times making us feel uncomfortable
7. The aircon was not started unless we had to beg for it and Ali had his earphones in most journeys so could not hear us shouting him from the back of the minibus
8. The booking explains a market day if attending on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday, we were there on a Tuesday and a market was not even offered to us.
9. “Taking a stroll along the Todra River” by our tour guide resulted in him trying to get money from us as “he does not get paid if we don’t tip him” which I found to be inappropriate and inaccurate putting pressure on tourists. We were told we were going to visit a Jewish quarter in this area but following not giving the tour guide a tip he never showed us the remaining itinerary which he promised on his arrival.
10. The remarkable Dades valley explains in the description how the rock formation is known as “monkey fingers”, however Ali did not even mention this when we were in this area, we were not told anything relevant about it.
11. We found that the time specified in the bookings for each stop was less than what was quoted, very unhappy with this.
12. We were told we could stop at the valley of the roses to see how roses are used in certain products but Ali never stopped off at this point
13. When arriving at Ait Ben Haddou we were told by Ali that we all must pay a tip of 20 dirhams per person for the tour guide - when I checked my terms and conditions it stated that entry/admission was included and that tipping was optional. When I questioned Ali about this he became defensive and said we were no longer able to take part in the tour. When I tried to explain that I had it in writing he kept referring to tripadvisor in French language - I am English - and I did not book through trip advisor I booked through viator - he refused to take my opinion into account and made a scene in front of the other members of the group. This made me feel very distressed and upset as I only wanted to query this. Following this no one was charged for the tour fee which he claimed was mandatory which made me certain this was made up in the first place. We were also not explained about this site being a UNESCO world heritage site which is very poor as it is a significant site.
14. I felt every stop was aimed at getting money from tourists and pressuring tourists into paying tips to people when they have already paid upfront for this tour which I feel is not very fair and exploiting tourism.
15. I found Ali the driver to be difficult; poor at communication; uninterested and unenthusiastic. The van was hot, silent and had no atmosphere or encouragement to make our experience better. When asking Ali why he was being difficult he replied with "I am tired I have been driving since 6am". This is what he is paid for so I cannot understand this answer and it is frankly unacceptable.
16. We were only taken to tourist trap restaurants where there was a set menu or buffet all at expensive prices and we were not given the opportunity to buy a single item as it was fixed. This meant we went hungry on more than one occasion because there were no other options around or even a shop to purchase snacks.

Great experience, amazing seeing the Sahra for the first time. Seeing the sun rise over the dunes, will be an experience that last with me forever. A special shout out to Dozi🙏, pur tour guide, he was so accommodating and was always bringing the vibes. Not a half bad singer and dancer either!

Our Tour Guide Dozi was wonderful. He was very informative, punctional, professional, a safe driver and, most of all, fun! We loved the camel rides and the stay in the desert. The food was great and the van was very comfortable and clean, with wifi and power outlets. Couldn't ask for more.

The dessert if a magnificent place and truly worth the wait. The tent camps are simple but charming. Be prepared, the ride is 8-9 hours single trip. Beautiful sights on the way though. For feedback, we would've liked a bit more information about the programm for the day right after pick-up. We received none, our driver barely spoke English.

Safari was good, however it was disappointing that the tour to and from fez was repeated. On the way up and back you stop in the same places which makes the trip much longer. Over 8 hours by car. I think this information should have been provided upfront. Also, the desert is freezing at this time of year so make sure you bring very warm clothes.

Notre expérience avec notre guide Abdulla était exceptionnelle! Il était très professionnel et nous a donné une panoplie de détails intéressants tout au long du road trip! Le voyage peut sembler un peu long vu que nous faisions beaucoup de route, mais notre guide nous donnait des énigmes et remplissait le temps avec de très belles conversations humaines et profondes. Nous avons vu des macaques, les Atlas, un système de drainage millénaire, fait des arrêts à des points de vue époustouflants et plus encore. Bien sûr, l’attrait principal est le désert du Sahara avec les chameaux. Nous avons fait un bon 45 minutes de chameaux pour aller au campement et pour revenir le lendemain nous avions le choix d’en refaire ou de prendre des 4x4. Le deuxième choix est cependant payant. Le campement était très bien considérant qu’il est dans le désert. Nous avons bien mangé et profitez de la soirée à la belle étoile!

Tour ben organizzato, Haadi la nostra guida è stata una persona molto solare e disponibile, ci ha accompagnato in questi tre giorni costantemente con professionalità e simpatia. Il momento che ricorderemo di più è sicuramente la notte nel deserto (la tenda con bagno privato si è rivelata di gran lunga oltre le nostre aspettative!) e la possibilità di utilizzare un quad all'alba (costo aggiuntivo di 50 euro) per le dune del deserto. Esperienza che consiglierei senz'altro.

Muy buena experiencia. El transporte se hace pesado porque son muchas horas y las paradas son cortas, pero vale la pena por la experiencia del desierto. El paseo en camello, la cena y fiesta por la noche.
