The Sahara and accommodation was good and align with expectations; however the description shows luxury and traveling on a 8 -10 hrs and the transportation provided was really poor, it killed the experience. Also we asked for vegetarian food and the travel agency in charge did not notified the people in charge of the place wheee we stayed, we had to tell them and they made last minute some thing for us. Once you are there is great, camels, tent, but to get there on luxury????, not great, I will not recommend to take 8-10 hrs if is not guarantee the comfort

Worst trio ever

Was told pick up time was 7:15 instead and the driver showed up late for 15 mins, was then picked up the the breakfast place and was told I need to finish in 5 minutes. The tent isn't the same as shown, and there was no electricity for charging/USB charger didn't work No private tent, no WiFi on board, no camel ride in the morning as they didn't bring enough, no explanation on anything and asked to go get I to car when asked, terrible avoid! They only stopped for souvenir shop

It was a really long ride from Fes. The stops in between are nothing special, actually just for using the toilet. So don't expect anything from that! When we finally arrived at the desert we had a short camel ride, with unfortunately no sunset. The dinner was really nice! But there was no bonfire as promised. The next morning we had a camel ride again and then had to wait 1.5 hours on a parking lot to head back to fes. It was nog worth the time an money for the few hours you are there.

［悪かった点］・帰りのバンはエアコンが故障しており、気温約40度の中エアコン無しで10時間耐えなければならず熱中症で倒れる寸前だった。ツアーの概要に"エアコン付きの送迎車"との記載があったため大変遺憾に思う。ツアー代金の一部返金を求めたい。・集合場所・時間について教えて欲しいとメッセージを送っていたが、ツアー会社から連絡が来たのは前日の22時頃だった。ツアー当日は7:00にホテルを出発する必要があり、連絡が取れず非常に迷惑だった。［良かった点］・砂漠でのキャメルライド、テント宿泊体験は一生の思い出に残る素晴らしいものだった。［その他］・行き帰りの昼食はコースメニューしか準備の無いレストランだった。メイン、サラダ、フルーツで90DH程度と高額だった。ツアーなので仕方ないとは思う。

Attention arnaque Viator, contrairement á ce qu'il est dit sur le site il est impossible d'annuler 24h à l'avance, puisque je n'ai jamais trouver de trace de ma réservation. On vous vend une excurssion dans la forêt de cèdre, alors que l'on s'arréte en bord de route à ifrane pour voir des singes 5 min. Le voyage dure 7h aller et 7h retour depuis Fèz. A 6 dans la voiture on vous vend donc un eller retour á 600 euros vers Fès. Ou un Fès- Marakech avec une nuit dans le desert.. Si le chauffeur est très sympa il ne s'agit pas un guide. Le restaurant du midi coute á minima 100DR le plat et était plus que médiocre. Nous avons fait moins de 2 min de jeep pour nous rendre au camps. Au quel nous sommes un peu voué á nous même. La musique et la danse est surfait. Il s'agit d'un attrape nigaut touristique. Si vous tenez a aller dans le dessert allez y avec les compagies locals recommandez ou par vous même, ici Viator est simplement 1 intermédiaire de plus vous économiserez sans doute un peu. Nous ne regretons pas notre expérience, mais le prix est vraiment excecif. Positif: les repas sur place, les tentes de luxe, les rencontres. Et voir le desert. Il s'agit d'une promenade à chameau dans le desert le soir et le matin si on le souhaite.

Le voyage en voiture est long mais le bout du voyage est magnifique. Un bémol sur le petit déjeuner pas de vrai jus d’orange mais jus à base de poudre ; pas copieux ; le repas du midi pourrait être aussi inclus dans le prix

Lo que ofrecen no se parece a la realidad, para empezar te pone que hay wifi a bordo, y no hay wifi ni en el bus ni en el campamento. Cuando llegamos al desierto nos dejan en medio de la nada esperando q nos vengan a recoger, y cuando vemos el vehiculo que viene, somos 17 i no caben ni 10 y tenemos que subir todos uno encima del otro sin seguridad. Después subimos en camello y al regresar no hay bastantes camellos para todos y nos dejan en medio del desierto esperando mas de 50 minutos a que vengan a recogernos y se hace de noche cereada. Al llegar al campamento nos querian poner en una tienda con mas gente sobre tenerla reserva de tienda para dos, al final nos quedamos solos en una. El campamento no tiene nada que ver al de las fotos, y tampoco habia ni toallas ni jabon para ducharse. Lo unico bueno q se salva el la amabilidad de los dos trabajadores del campamento.
