Sahara is worth visiting

Sahara is beautiful! Unfortunately my trip from Fez was delayed due to poor time management from our driver, too long rest stops and flat tire. We arrived late and the most of the camel ride was in the dark, kind of cool. Tent was beautiful, but we did not have the camp fire as advertises despite our requests for it. Trip to Marrakech was long and driver refused to take me to my hotel as advertised. Excuses were: everyone goes to central location, your hotel is located in the Medina and does not allowed his type of car. My hotel was in Gueliz not in the Medina. Reported to the operator who called me and offer to pay me back for the taxi.

Hello Mr Carlos, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad travel experience with us due to a bad time management organized by the driver , the absence of the fire in the camp and also being dropped off away from your accomondation in Marrakech. Based on these complaints , I would like to clarify that the satisfaction of our clients is above all the considerations and in the heart of our interests so I believe that the problem of the time mismanagement could affect the whole trip plan if the time is not well calculated and counted especially when it comes to a very short day and long distance travel destinations. However the fire is usually set when the weather is getting cold in the camp . I also feel sorry for not being dropped off near to the hotel because the cars are not allowed to drive into that part of Medina because of the crowds at Jamaa Fnaa square . On behalf of the company staff , I apologize again for all things you ve experienced badly with us and make sure we would do all our efforts to works on these professional mistakes not to happen again , and I apologize again for the driver behavior. We take this seriously and will be addressing the incident with him directly. . If there is anything else I can do, please let me know!

Schöne Tour, bei der man Marokkos Landschaft wirklich kennen lernt. Unser Fahrer Izmael war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns viel gezeigt. Die Unterkunft und der Kamelritt zum Camp war ein tolles Erlebnis bei dem man viel gelernt hat.
