It wasnt what I Paid I wated to go to mayor destileries. The amount refunded was not enough for the change, but I dont want the money I wanted to have the experience

Our tour guide Damon was exceptional and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire day. We enjoyed the scenery of the Highlands and meeting the people who make wonderful whisky.

The driver was excellent but Viator charge me an excessive amount and didn’t give the driver sufficient funds to pay for the 3rd tasting. I had to pay additional me money for the tasting. I do not recommend this tour.

Tour guide was a no show. No warning, left in the lurch at 6.30 am. Very disappointed for what was supposed to be a premium ( and expensive) private tour. Very unprofessional. Ruined our Edinburgh experience.

We were driven around by Chris, such a lovely person who made our trip a really amazing experience.
The distilleries initially listed were changed but ended up going to Glenfiddich with a full tour and tasting
Full tour of The Glenlivet full tour and tasting
Lunch at Dowans.
Glenallachie tasting then the Glenfarclas tasting and finally an unexpected tasting at the Abelour distillery.

All three stops were absolutely first rate. Glenlivet, Craggenmore and Glenallachie. Do not represent that you are going to get guests into Macallan. My understanding now is that it is next to impossible to get in there for a tour or to shop.

Our driver David was the best! He made our tour memorable. The problem was that we did not get to tour any of the 3 distilleries that were advertised. Instead we went to 2 other distilleries, one was not working. The tastings were good, especially the blended tasting.

We want to Glenfiddich and Glenlivet tours and the Stratishla blend experience. All 3 were great and complementary to one another and very nice for whisky lovers. So it was very interesting. The driver, Deamon, was very friendly so the long travel was very pleasant. And the car was very comfortable. Highly recommend this private tour.

Billy was an outstanding tour guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and timely while not rushing us. He shared a good amount of knowledge of the whisky industry and even gave us a dinner recommendation upon hearing that it was our honeymoon! When we arrived at the restaurant the next day, there was complimentary champagne waiting for us. He went above and beyond to make our trip special. Well worth the price!

This tour was amazing. Billy was a great driver, a quick friend, very knowledgeable, and entertaining. Communication pre-tour was great, everything was very clearly laid out. No surprises, just fun. I know there are a lot of choices when you look to book these tours but I can’t imagine a better experience then the one we had through this trip.

Excellent experience. The distilleries are amazing, the drive beautiful and our guide was exceptional. We were informed after being picked up that they were not successful in herrings up per booked on the tour at Glenfiddich but our guide got us to the distillery early and was able to get us two slots. Amazing experience.

Our driver was great, he was polite and sociable.
We were disappointed because we had thought we were going to go to three particular distilleries. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go because the distilleries weren’t open (I wish the website had said this). We paid a high price for a private transfer and cost of three more expensive experiences. We went to three smaller distilleries (that were significantly cheaper). We did get 10% back. But that was still a massive mark up knowing that the tours we got instead were a fraction of the price. We feel ripped off. We are disappointed about the change of distilleries, but more frustrated by the cost.

Sadly Glenlivet was closed and Macallan, but Euan managed to gave us amazing alternatives and arranged other visits, which were a great experiences. I highly recommend Euan's tours!!!

Whiskywheels group was great. Our guide Andy was absolutely terrific. The weather cooperated, and our family of 6 are all looking forward to returning for a longer visit.
The only hiccup was that we booked for December 25 since we had a very limited window of opportunity for the visit. We were assured by the Viator rep that this tour was available on that date, but of course it wasn't. Whiskywheels managed to accommodate us with a slight alternatives, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Booked here in the past for Champagne, happy to book here again

Euan was a nice and humble guide through out the whole day. The Macallan building was exceptional and the local guide funny. Glenlivet hmmm, but Cragganmore was great.
Maybe 3 distilleries was one too many concidering the 3h hour drive back and forth

I booked this trip and wasn't sure what to expect. Don't know how to spell our driver's name.....Anyway he was AWESOME. Conversational, very well informed about Scotland and whiskey. Had a great recommendation for lunch. When Macallan messed up his reservation he was so apologetic and while one of us had to miss the tour he purchased that guest a flight of whiskey. Perfectly time tour. Truly a great way to get to the distilleries especially since the drunk driving limit in Scotland is incredibility low.... just .002%, Just smelling whiskey would put you in jeopardy.
