Courtney was very informative. It’s a relatively new distillery and a small one. The distillery tour and tasting experience was great. Seems like there is a lot of innovation there so the company has a lot of potential.

One of my favourite places in Edi when it comes to learning (and tasting). Quick tour where you learn a lot about whiskey and gin making and taste some of the products. Now when they have a proper (non New Make) stuff you can actually see what is the final product :).

Holyrood distillery is a great place to visit. Our terrific guide Brice walked us through the young distillery explaining Holyrood's approach and differentiators to making whisky and gin. A great way to spend an hour of your time in Edinburgh and learn a lot about the craft and uniqueness of this distillery. We enjoyed the visit very much!

The experience it was ok but I missed more engagement with the customers. Our guide was very experienced guy but it was very technical and very fast explaining the history and the process. I was expecting a bit more fun didactic tour where everyone could really understand the process and why the importance of the whiskey in Edinburgh.
Overall not really happy with the experience.
