Absolutely fantastic workshop! Easy to complete and the instructors were really nice and helpful the entire time. Isaac, Kristi, and Dawn were amazing instructors and I highly recommend doing this workshop. Fun and you get to take home a beautiful bag.

The experience was nice however or host was rather rude and impatient with myself and other guests. It’s unfortunate that Viator added an additional £20 pound fee on my booking for two, when the experience is only meant to be £70 pp.

There’s something about Edinburgh that doesn’t just let you see it… it lets you create a piece of it 🤍 Today we did something completely different and honestly one of my favorite experiences so far… we made our own Harris Tweed purses 🧵✨ Sitting there, picking out fabrics that have literally been woven in the Scottish islands, learning the process, and then turning it into something we could actually take home? It felt so personal. Like instead of just buying a souvenir, we became part of the story. Every stitch, every pattern, every little detail has meaning behind it. Harris Tweed isn’t just fabric, it’s history… it’s craftsmanship… it’s generations of people keeping tradition alive. And now we get to carry a piece of that with us. Also let’s be real… there’s something really satisfying about saying “yeah, I made this” while walking through a city that looks like it belongs in a fantasy novel 😌 Edinburgh keeps surprising me. One minute you’re chasing Harry Potter vibes, the next you’re sitting there creating something timeless with your own hands. And somehow… both feel exactly right.

There are several locations so make sure you are close to your hotel if you are staying at one. It is easy and fun. I would recommend doing it as a group for even more fun

A great way to spend an hour and a half. You can build one or more bags, change sizes, buy extra parts, etc. The instructions are easy to follow and it’s an enjoyable experience. Annalise was an excellent host!

This is an amazing experience. You get to pick out your base, your lid, your straps, and handle. I had the mini satchel and it's perfect for me. I was so excited they had the Princess Diana memorial tartan, which is what i chose. The process was easy, they explained all the steps and gave you ample time to choose all your items. If you want to upgrade your bag to leather or larger, that is an option but is extra. Great experience!

Went solo, and Abby gave plenty of time to search the designs and understand our options. This location as exclusive patterns, love that. I upgraded to leather and that was an easy switch while in the class. They will help you (if you have unsteady or weaker hands).
