Unsatisfactory Photo Experience

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent photo experience we booked through your service. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for several reasons: 1. The pictures were blurry and unedited, lacking the professional quality advertised. 2. Many of the shots were taken in front of buildings under renovation, which detracted from the aesthetic. Overall, this experience fell far short of what was promised, and we feel it did not justify the cost. Given these issues, I kindly request a full refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

A truly magical experience

We had a last minute cancellation earlier that week from a different company. But Smiler was able to save the day for us! We worked with Linyi Hu, and I can highly recommend his services. He was familiar with the area (Victoria Street environs in Edinburgh), had great suggestions for shots, was easy to converse with, showed up exactly on time, and provided us with magical memories that we will forever cherish in 48 hours! Linyi framed shots well and did a mixture of styles and techniques in his photos. I would definitely utilize his services if we are ever back in the area, and I would use Smiler on future trips over other companies. When I had issues with the photo link, customer service helped me resolve it in under fifteen minutes. Thanks again!
