Was an amazing experience, the workers are amazing and extremely pleasant to speak with. This was my second experience with Guinness and I am planning our third to be before we leave for our return flights. Nothing better than drinking a pint of Guinness while at the Gravity Bar

Self guided tour provides you as little or as much time as you want to check out all of the information provided.

There are several great exhibits to see on making of whiskey barrels and beer. It is a very informative tour on beer making & tasting.
CHRIS_R, Aug 2026
The Guinness tour was ok. I thought we would get to see the actual factory and how it is made. I also thought they would have more about the history of the family.

What an experience. The tour was very informative and educational. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. We needed a wheelchair which was free to use and access was incredible. The staff noticed we had a chair and made our tour as easy as possible even down to the gravity bar on level 7 where there was priority seating by the window overlooking the city into the hills. All in all, a brilliant experience and highly recommended.

It is enlightening and reasonable to walk through on the lower levels. On the mid levels, you may find yourself walking around from escalator to escalator to get to the bar at the top. The last 2 levels are reached by stairs and the volume of people required is to want down from the seventh floor. That being said, the Guinness was great and the view of the 7th floor bar wa fantastic.

This was one of the better tours of its kind that I've done. It was a nice experience that you almost need to do in Dublin. The views from the Gravity Bar are beautiful but it is incredibly crowded and you need to wait for others to leave to find a seat.

Booking late afternoon jeopardises the opportunity to enjoy some food on level 5.
There is SO much to see, and we didn't have enough time. I should have skimmed through, just so I could enjoy the upper levels.
In the end, we were very rushed, just to try to beat the closing of the kitchen, which we missed.

No complaints whatsoever--tour moved along quickly--building is awesome--just a professional undertaking and would strongly reccomend to anyone-even if you don't drink beer

The self tour is very good. Reason for 2 star is Viator. I have used them a few years and mostly had good experiences. But not this time. Had friends we bought tickets for and due to delayed and canceled flights did not get to Dublin in time for tour. Viator would not reimburse their tickets. Guiness tours were sold out and they could have sold them but would not help us. I talked to the people at Guinness, who said if we had purchased tickets from them directly they would’ve reimbursed us or made other arrangements, but Viator was completely unwilling to do anything.

Self guided tour is very interesting but can become disjointed as you can’t be sure where you have been and where you haven’t. Our friend was in a wheelchair, the staff were so helpful getting us into the venue and checked in but when it came to moving around the floors it’s wasn’t always easy to work out what lift you needed. She did enjoy the experience so that’s all that matters. We eventually made it to the Gravity Bar for a drink and again the staff were amazing at making sure she had somewhere to sit and wasn’t excluded. All in all a good time was had by all.

I liked the self guided pet with a connection to guide via bar scan. Did miss touring the brewery though, would be cool to see

My son and I had a great experience at the Guinness storehouse. This was one of our favorite places to see, so interesting and the Guinness was really good. We would recommend this tour.

I cannot truly rate Guinness Storehouse Experience as our cruise-ship could not off load us onto tenders and we missed the experience. But We will never use Viator ever again. Once we learned about the unexpected inability to dock or use tenders, we sent a message to Viator and asked for either a refund or credit for another Viator travel experience or credit to Guinness. We received a response that a refund was not possible. Viator never acknowledged our request of “either refund or credit” so I wrote again. I received a message that a refund was not possible. Funny- other people on our trip to Guinness Experience using other third party travel aids got a refund. I would not recommend using Viator for advance purchases, especially if your cruise ship relies on port tenders (our bad) or if another travel assist company will provide a refund or credit if you miss your travel experience. Lesson learned about Viator. It was USD 72 but I guess Viator is a bit greedy for money. Shame in you Viator

Extremely well done for a self guided tour. Loved the displays and information. The water display was amazing.

Flight arrived late, couldn't make the allocated slot, tried to cancel & get a later slot, but they were not interested,a case of too late, tough luck, very disappointing!
Wiiliam_H, Aug 2026
Fascinating visual, interactive and learning experience. To make the most of it you will need 3 hours. You have a restaurant and bar at the top floor with 360 degree views of Dublin. Highly recommend it
Maria_C, Aug 2026
It’s a detailed experience about the beginnings of the Guinness beer. It was very informative - process and got a pint to drink at end of the tour! It’s a world beer.
Maureen_F, Aug 2026
It was interesting but a little cheesy, it’s fun but I wouldn’t go again. The staff were all so nice and helpful though
Alan_B, Aug 2026
It's worth every penny.
Including the Irish dancing and drums.
The history of the humble guiness begginings

The Guinness Tour was a great experience. The self-guided tour was easy to navigate, and the exhibits were engaging. The highlight was the Gravity Bar, which offers amazing panoramic views of Dublin. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Christine_W, Aug 2026
The 4th floor bar and entertainment was exceptional. The dancers , the band, the talented musicians and especially the drumming tutorial . What a great time we had . Didn’t expect that so it was a real treat. Also the bar staff on 4th floor were fabulous and carried a tray of drinks for me no trouble at all. We had a really good day here . It was informative and interactive . Very well organised! 👌☘️👏👏👏

It’s a very relaxing tour as you stroll throughout the plant. The cold Guinness was much tastier than expected
Joseph_E, Aug 2026
Be ok with a lot of people walking in front of you, while looking at the exhibits. Otherwise an amazing experience
Deirdre_D, Jul 2026
Better to get a tour guide. As a self tour you do at your own pace which is nice, but its not as fun without the human connection
Pamela_T, Jul 2026
Definitely not to be missed. One of the best experiences, especially on the tasting floor, live music, dancing, a great experience..
JT_B, Jul 2026
Wonderful! We got pulled aside for a "connesiour experience" and were able to taste experimental brews! They taught us how to pour our own pints!
Alyse_S, Jul 2026
It's a great, self guided tour that gives you just enough info in a way that's entertaining and interesting without being nerdy.
