Organized flow and historic museum about Guiness. Entertaining. I thought it might be too commercialized for my liking but I enjoyed my time.

It was more like a cattle call. Short introduction which was nice then wander through each floor of exhibits with hundreds of people. Hard to stop and read. The restaurant had great food and service. The Gravity Bar was insanely busy and loud.

You don't get to see an actual brewery or even an old historical brewery. Lots of modern displays to educate. But the free beer in the bar is great.

The building is great to look at and the technology used was clearly state-of-the-art, but the crowds swarming every location made it impossible to view the exhibitions.
We overheard a couole of staff members talking about more than 8K people had been through the building up to that time (around 3:30 pm) THAT day! It was clear that it was all about pushing through as many people as possible without any concern for the customer experience.
Adding to the chaos was the challenge of navigating around and trying not to trip over the plethora of strollers, very young kids running wild, and older kids pretending to be adults.
When we finally got to the top floor for the promised pint, we found the area packed with people with nowwhere to sit or stand and a team of overwhelmed bartenders doing their best to keep the pints flowing.
What a dissappointment.

You really need to like Guinness! And not be afraid of heights! However, a fabulous experience. Thank you!

It’s the Disney World of beer. So much interactive information and so many multi sensory displays, it’s truly incredible what they’ve done. It might be super touristy, but still a fun time!

Amazing place with a very informative tour about Guinness. The gravity bar at the top is amazing and my pint of Guinness was amazing

Get tickets early before you travel. SELL OUT quickly. Lots of people. Expect crowds. Lots of activity and bright lights and colors.

Amazing storehouse with 7 floors of interesting facts, a fun bar with a great view of Dublin, and a wonderful restaurant, Arthur's Bar , where I had delicious fish and chips.
It's a little overwhelming and crowded, but definitely worth a visit.

This was really interesting to find out the history of the company. Its a pity they didn't offer an alcohol free version in the tasting room.
DKevin_S, Mar 2026
We spent 3 hours there and every moment was excellent
With dancing, music and, of course, beer there was no shortage of things to do.
Susanne_S, Mar 2026
Highly interactive and go at your own pace. A super day out with stunning views at the top of “the glass”. You do not have to be a fan of Guinness to thoroughly enjoy this exhibit.

the visuals, tasting experience and sights are well worth it!

A very fun & interesting guided tour. Our tour guide was funny and loved to share the history of Guinness!

Definitely a must see when in Dublin. Only needed about 2 hrs to feel we made the most of the tour. Constant flow of people so you may or may not be able to sit while drinking your pint. There’s additional drinking areas and restaurants if you wanted to stay longer.

A tick off my bucket list amazing, informative place and friendly people what an experience thank you dublin
Amanda_C, Mar 2026
An Ireland must! I enjoyed that we were able to go at our leisure. I will note, we booked a 4:45pm tour and the eateries were closed by the time we got to that floor of the storehouse. Not a biggie unless you were hoping to eat or get a bite to eat while you are there. We spent a total of 2 hours there.
Darrell_B, Mar 2026
Great experience. Your is self led though. This tour comes with a free pint as well as a tasting room experience which is one small one.
Miles_B, Mar 2026
It was good but the museum was very lacking in depth and was basic. The views at the top were nice but there simply wasn’t enough tables.
Melissa_K, Mar 2026
Nice experience, they were also flexible when we ended up arriving a few minutes late due to a Google Maps input error. That was super appreciated! Would definitely recommend to get a sense of the Dublin culture.
char_S, Mar 2026
Self paced..lots of fun! Food , music and beverages. Shopping areas and history of Guiness included.
Myke_H, Mar 2026
The self-guided tour is great. You can listen in your language and move at your own pace. There are many floors, but lifts are available.
KevinGeorge_Y, Mar 2026

Great experience, so educational! Very informative! Everyone was very helpful and everything was easy to understand
Audrey_Q, Mar 2026
I wish I could give this a 0.
My ticket was for 4:45, turns out the storefront closed at 5pm and they don’t take tickets after 4:15. Total SCAM! Don’t waste your money - you won’t be able to go!!
Per_I, Mar 2026
Should definitely be on the list on what to experience in Dublin. It was very well organized and interesting.
