Good experience once we got there. Long walk from cruise ship

Fun trip but didnt know you needed to walk a mile from the ship. Definitely not on to take if your coming off a cruise ship. We had to walk off property about a half mile to find the van. Monkeys were not of fun. Buggies fun but our kept breaking down. Maybe if the equipment was in better shape.

Regarding the pickup, external tour operators are restricted from entering directly inside the cruise port terminal. For this reason, we always send our guests detailed pickup instructions along with a map ahead of time so everyone can locate the meeting point outside the port gate as easily as possible. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the buggy. Our team continuously inspects and maintains all our vehicles, and we will thoroughly check that specific unit to ensure smooth rides for future guests. We had a blast. Kids (teen boys) loved it and said it was their favorite day on the cruise. We were soaked from head to toe, so be prepared. Monkeys were fun, guy was just throwing them at us, on heads and laps and arms. So cute and soft.
