Misleading and awful

One of the most misleading yours ever. It started an hour late. There was no breakfast, even though it said it was included. The bar was cheap rum and coke, no bottled water or anything else. There was no chef making lunch, but spaghetti, rice and chicken on paper plates. Just a terrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the start time, you arrived earlier than the scheduled meeting time and waited a few minutes for the tour guide. However, the excursion itself started as planned and you did not miss any part of the experience. We would also like to clarify that breakfast is not included in this tour. We always aim to clearly communicate what is included to avoid any misunderstanding. As for the drinks and food, we offer local Dominican products as part of the experience. The drinks include national options, and the lunch provided is traditional local food. During the catamaran portion, there was a water cooler available, and bottled water was also provided later on the speedboat. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve and better communicate with our guests. Thank you for choosing us.
